And sat ourselves. Everyone seemed to know everyone and I felt slightly ignored. The waitress noticed us and took our drink order. She said there is no menu and to look at the wall, the specials are on the wall. There were 5 options for dinner. They all sounded good. She said she'd take our order once she came back with our drinks. By the time she came back with our drinks each meal option had been erased one by one and we were told dinner was sold out. They offered we could buy a bag of chips. So now I have a gin and tonic on an empty stomach with no dinner option. Plus I was getting a headache with most patrons smoking cigarettes and eating at the same time. My drink was good. We chugged our drinks and went elsewhere for dinner. The staff here knew their selection well and pointed me right to the items on my wish list. Most items were about 30% cheaper than home, excluding Scotch and some of the nicer bourbons. Not sure why, but many of them were more expensive. If you are a local, be thankful you have a place like this with such great prices and helpful staff. I was with my mom while she was checking out and saw they had the blueberry Red Bull everywhere is sold out of. I asked him if they had Apple Pay so my mom wouldn't have to pay for my Red Bull and instead of kindly answering and asking to see my ID he immediately told me I was not allowed to be in there and could not buy the Red Bull. I am 21 and would have shown him my ID if he simply asked but he threw his hands up and pointed me out the door very very rudely. 10/10 do not recommend this place and have heard terrible things about him from friends and family as well.
