Our tour guide was Rylee and she was knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions our party had. This place is accommodating and the staff makes it accessible to everyone. If you are traveling here during the summer like I did, I recommend you bring bug spray and sun screen. They have plenty of parking near the souvenir shop and the start of the tour. You can have a picnic on site. There are tables, an area for games and lots of space outside. Anyone can enjoy this experience even if you aren't a bourbon fan because they have a little something for everyone such as coffee and bbq sauce.

She's gluten free, so I searched and found that Audra's offers GF food - great! We visited twice... the first visited was the first thing we did when we first arrived in town; the second visit was the next day. Andrea is very friendly and makes amazing chai and pastries, including many gluten free items. Andrea's other guests are also welcoming and friendly. The restaurant + store is named for the way[some of] the Scottish people pronounce "copper cow," referring to one of the few colors of Scottish Highland cows. We enjoyed: - two iced Chais - Two GF snicker pies - One GF pumpkin pie with cream cheese icing - One four-pack of amazing GF dreamcicle and dark chocolate chip cookies - One Gf chips and dip - Two cherries and one apple danish We also picked up some Thermopolis / Wyoming stickers and postcards. Thank you, Andrea!! ----- ----- -----

I am very happy to be totally wrong in that skepticism. I had the Dark Side of the Moon burger (Swiss Mushroom, Bacon) with side salad. The first bite of the burger and I knew it ranked as one of the best I've ever had. This is probably because everything is made on site from scratch. The buns are homemade with a marvelous flavor and consistency. The mushrooms sautéed perfectly and the crumbled thick bacon rounded. The other burger we had was the Sgt Pepper Burger that included fried jalapeños. Reports said it was incredibly done as well. The side salad was fresh and the homemade ranch dressing very good. We rounded off the meal sharing red velvet cheesecake and a fresh sticky bun. I'd eat either again, in an instant. We have leftovers to enjoy for another meal as well. If you catch them open, give them a try. I hope your visit is as great as ours.
