They don't even have Provel outside Missouri I'm pretty sure that you can readily buy... I know I had never heard of it. My husband said this was a larger Imo's than most with tons of seating inside. Our pizza was ready as promised and was hot and fresh and delicious. My hubs always gets just cheese and hamburger, he doesn't like a lot of toppings. I love St. Louis style pizza and provel cheese. It's great! This location is right off the interstate so was easy for us to access and it was clean inside with tons of booths and seats. So, no complaints for me. It's not fancy - but it does the trick. I heard they also have really good salads.

The toppings were pretty good, but the provel will give it a unique taste The toasted raviolis were fine but impressive The service was great. The team were nice, and the food came out pretty quick. The restaurant was clean. The drink station was easy and stocked with syrup and ice for your sodas. It worked out for us on this visit. This Imo's location was pretty good and not as crowded as the one in downtown St. Louis.

We were the only ordering customers. Another couple there already had their food. When I came back 15 minutes later she was standing in the back talking to her con worker. When she saw me she grabbed the bag in front of her and walked it toward me. I asked for paper plates. "You're eating it here now?" " Yes, outside." Eye roll. Goes in the back and they must be wayyyy in the back, and retrieves paper plates. Instead of handing them to me she holds them hostage as she opens the entire canister of napkins and hands me 1/2 the stack with the paper plates and says, "here you go" I'll let you know how the sandwich tastes if I feel like eating it. We chose the buffet /salad bar and it was rather disappointing. The salad bar part was good in that they had many fresh options to make a nice salad. The buffet bar was rather sad and lacking in choice, fried fish sliced turkey, sausage and peppers plus mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, carrots and mixed vegetables plus rolls.
