They don't even have Provel outside Missouri I'm pretty sure that you can readily buy... I know I had never heard of it. My husband said this was a larger Imo's than most with tons of seating inside. Our pizza was ready as promised and was hot and fresh and delicious. My hubs always gets just cheese and hamburger, he doesn't like a lot of toppings. I love St. Louis style pizza and provel cheese. It's great! This location is right off the interstate so was easy for us to access and it was clean inside with tons of booths and seats. So, no complaints for me. It's not fancy - but it does the trick. I heard they also have really good salads.
