I've been here many times growing up. I love it. My family loves the "all star" and it's a meat lovers. To me it's too salty, but people love it! I love their standard, one topping pizzas, buffalo ranch chicken fries and away salad. Love eating here every time I come back to visit. read more

This place is fantastic!!! We stopped here traveling last Friday. The boneless hickory jalapeno wings were amazing!! Thin crust pizza was excellent, generous toppings. Plus, our server was great. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

My co-workers and I ordered from here recently. The order was placed and then picked up. The pizza I had gotten was a medium with bacon and mushrooms on it. Just by looking at it, I could tell the mushrooms were canned. When I ate the pizza the mushrooms were exceptionally soft and spongy. Not appetizing at all. I picked most of the mushrooms off, but they left a distinctively nasty taste on the areas were they had been. Later on, I became sick from the food. The year before this occasion, my coworker bought me pizza from this location. I had bacon on the pizza , I don't recall putting mushrooms on it. That pizza was good! All-in-all not a bad place to eat, just don't order anything with mushrooms. read more

It's been awhile since I've been to Dave's, not since it changed ownership. I had to wait "to be seated" for at least 5 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Everyone working appeared to be no more than 16 years old. With no where to sit, I asked to order my food to go. I would've ordered a couple beers with a taco salad. Clearly, they lost their drink sales as there was no where to sit. But then they were also out of beef AND chicken. So they lost the sale and my future business. Basically, don't bother. Go to the Mexican place down the street. I had a much better experience. read more

Great atmosphere, we were seated quickly, food was so good that 2 of us polished off an entire Large (Canadian Bacon and Pepperoncini...delicious!) ,waitress was friendly and very attentive. Since Linn doesn't have too many restaurants and the place next door had just closed I decided to give them a second chance. This time it was just me and the entire experience was much better. Not the best pizza each time different. Crust to small like a cracker, wings r ok just wings salad is good with house dressing. If it wasn't for the only place to go who would. Absolutely one of our favorite places to eat!!! The pizza is great and you can't get better wings than Dave's honey habenero. I love that this place is locally owned and operated. Very good food and atmosphere. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because they didn't buss our table when we were there and we had to sit with our dishes in front of us. But the servers seemed to be very busy so maybe that's why. Will def be going back. read more

This was an experience that I will never forget. At the advice of one of my co-workers I decided to come to this place for lunch. Once I walked in, not only was I not greeted, but not one waitress said anything to me, which is fine. So, I could tell that they were busy and I respected that because I too have a customer service background. After about five minutes of completely being ignored a customer who had already eaten asked me if I was in line, I stated yes, but no one is at the cash register. Now, as soon as I said that the waitress immediately greeted the other customers instead of me. So, I don't know why she did this, but I can only assume it was because I looked nothing like every other patron in the establishment. I along with my co-workers are in town and would have loved to patronize this place, but that will not happen , due to the ignorance of two specific women who ignored a paying customer based on appearance. read more

I have never left a review nor have I ever been so appalled by the terrible service that I had to get up and leave. My boyfriend and I walked into the restaurant and waited to be seated for 5 minutes. There were many open tables and many that were disgusting and had not been cleaned. The place was not busy at all. We had a few different workers walk past us multiple times while we stood there waiting. After 5 minutes, two more people walked in and and then a few minutes later another person walked in. We were then seated and the other 3 had followed behind. Once we were finally seated, we sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and take our drink order. The waitresses had taken the other two parties' drink orders, brought them out, and had taken their food orders and walked by and looked at us multiple times, but we were never helped. We eventually got up and left after being pretty much neglected for 20 minutes. read more

I have always been a fan of wings. Growing up in Florida, Hooters was always just around the corner, my babysitter was even a Hooters Girl. I wasn't planning on trying the local places around Linn, seeing as there aren't many besides McDonald's. The first time I tried Dave's was after orientation next door at the college. Oh my lord, I thought I had found the holy grail of wings. The first sauce I tried was the Chipotle Margarita and the flavor was amazing. The fries are out of this world, comparable to Billard's, in Columbia, but still better. The next trip was during the school year, and I went balls to the wall and got the Devils Fire. I love anything spicy, used to drink hot sauce when I was a baby, and let me tell you about this sauce; it's perfect. It has the right amount of spice and the right amount of seasoning. It's hot, but not too hot where you cant taste what you're eating. We made it a point to eat here every Sunday night when we would all return to the dorms from traveling home for the weekend. Now since I have graduated I come not only for every birthday since, but I have even brought my little family to share the experience and hopefully pass down the taste for good wings. Can I give 1/4 of a Star??? Yesterday was the second visit to this establishment, and thus my last!! The first time was a few months ago. A friend & I went to Dave's for lunch. It is close to where we both work. That time I ordered just a house salad and the lettuce was brown around the edges. I picked out over half the salad. When the server came by the table, she seen the second plate of brown lettuce but did not say a word. Yesterday's experience cemented the idea of not returning. I ordered a Taco Salad off the menu. The description included seasoned ground beef, black beans, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, with salsa and sour cream served in a Taco Shell. Being a Vegetarian, I requested the Taco Salad with NO MEAT. I even commented to the server, "you could add a little more black beans since there will be no meat". Imagine my surprise when I was served a cold taco bowl of lettuce, chopped tomatoes, very little shredded cheese, I mean just a sprinkling, and 2 small plastic containers holding the sour cream & salsa. NO MEAT as requested, also NO BEANS. When I inquired to the server, she stated "the beans are in the meat mixture, you requested no meat." My thought was why did she not mention that, even when I suggested adding extra beans to the salad? So, I requested that full price not be charged for some lettuce and tomatoes. The server sent the owner to our table. I was with a work group of 9 other employees, it wasn't as if I was attempting to get a free meal, the table's total bill was over $100! When the owner, Dave, came up to where I was sitting at the end of the table, he placed his hand on the wall over my head, leaned over, and literally "talked down to me" saying "we gave you what you ordered". Dave then went on to add "I have a can of black beans back in the kitchen. I suppose I could have opened it and poured some on the salad". At that point, I just thanked him for his time and turned away from him dismissing is condescending attitude but with the opinion that "Dave's Pizza" is not an establishment I want to patronize ever again! read more
