We approached the manager who said they could not put salt on the sidewalk because it was new concrete. He also indicated that he had requested sand, which had still not arrived. We asked why there was no measures taken to protect the customer. When asked why there was no sign letting the customer know of slippery conditions, he said he was having trouble with the computer. There was no apology or asking if Paul was ok. We are senior citizens and are incredibly disappointed at the way this was handled. We felt disrespected. We left without ordering anything.
