I've been left sitting on hold on the phone, and when you actually come inside to pick up an order, it feels like you're completely ignored. Today was the last straw. I walked in and stood at the counter with no one there to help me. I could see an employee in the back who seemed perfectly content to ignore the fact that a customer was waiting. After standing there and getting no acknowledgment or service, I finally just walked out. I understand restaurants get busy and may be short-staffed, but simply acknowledging a customer takes seconds. Being repeatedly ignored--whether on the phone or standing at the counter--is unacceptable. I won't be wasting my time here again.
