I came there in a cab it cost me 12.00 $ there and back to the country where I lived the pizza supposed to be ready and hot other people's was there they was so slow it was other workers there also .my cab waited until he had to beep the horn for me to see what's taking so long so I had to go home without the pizza I wasted 24 $ for nothing I was pissed I will not go to this. If I could put NEGATIVE 100 I WOULD! HORRIBLE service. Lied to my face. The customer service is crap, disrespectful, and childish both the employee AND the manager. I repeated myself multiple times asking for sauce. I get my food and I didn't even get one sauce. So I go can I have my sauces please ? And they go you don't get any. I'm like weird because I asked for extra to begin with. ALL they had to do was be nice about it but they made a it a BIG THING saying nothing is free you didn't say sauce etc etc... I know for a fact I repeated myself because I called pepperoni bread sticks pepperoni crazy bread and he told me that isn't a thing I'm like okay that's fine can I get the pepperoni cheese sticks WITH EXTRA SAUCE. Anyone and I mean ANYONE who knows me knows I talk loud I was like you can look up on your camera that I said that. I called the kid a liar because they just totally belittled me and ignored my presence after. I go well can I have my sauce and they said I had to pay I go OKAY well I'll pay and you won't see me here again. I paid and they made me go behind the counter myself to get the sauce... disrespectful. After that I told my husband what just happened and he called and just told the manager they handled the whole situation wrong. Come to find out that was the women talking to me with the other guy. SO after about 5 minutes of them hanging up on him THEY decided to find my husbands NUMBER in the system and threaten him and call me FAT and broke! How rude. Yall need to do better with your employees. It wasn't about the money it was about the disrespect and how they handled the situation ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! MAKES ME SICK. What if I was poor? Update: After going for a lunch combo a few times, the service is a lot better during the day than I have experienced at night. The manager called me to fix an issue I had right away, and the service hadn't been as bad as I experienced previously. I live in Greenville, but I used to stop here every week because of the service and speed. Recently this location got new owners and that's completely changed. I have been in twice since then, and I will not return. The first time I went in, I ordered a 3 meat, a pepperoni, a sausage pizza, and an order of buffalo wings (the usual Friday night pizza run), along with some Cinnamon Loaded Crazy Bites because they were there and looked delicious. First they gave away the Crazy Bites to another customer (that came in and placed an order 15 minutes after me), so they had to refund my entire order, and ring it in again. Then, after another 20 minutes (35 minutes overall) they still didn't have my pizzas ready, and had no idea how much longer it would be. Finally I got a refund and went to the one closest to my house. This brings us to the 2nd visit. I was hoping the new owners just needed a minute to get into the groove, but I was wrong yet again. First I noticed the prices had changed, and most items had gone up $1, and spending an extra $3-$5 when I could get it cheaper and closer to home no longer made sense. On top of that, they no longer have several choices of their "Hot and Ready" pizzas, only cheese and pepperoni. Anything else would be at least a 10 minute wait. Having stood there over half an hour last time on their "10 minute wait", I have decided to not return to this location. Maybe the new owners will run enough customers off that they'll go back to business the way it was, but I doubt I'll find out. There are two locations within a few miles of my house, and they would love to take my money. read more

The employees were friendly, happy, and showed manners, the environment was very clean. We recieved our pizzas quickly! Idk what the other review was complaining about, but our experience was quite better than most Little Caesars! read more
