My first time going to Jet's Pizza was in late February. I was craving pizza, and my boyfriend and I couldn't decide on place to order from. We decided on Jet's as it was a place neither of us have eaten from, the pizza looked delicious on their website, and the topping combinations were vast. We drove to the facility to order from there (then shop around the shopping center while we waited on it to be ready). Looking at the menu in-house was rather hard, as it was on a moving TV screen that flashed between different parts of the menu. It was difficult to read what all toppings were on a pizza before the menu switched to the next one. Oh well. We finally each chose a small pizza option, with the toppings we individually wanted. I think I ordered a Hawaiian-like pizza while he ordered an everything pizza. We got to pick the flavor of our crusts (there were a lot of options!) as well as the type (hand-tossed, etc.) of crust. Overall, our opinion was that the pizza was definitely good, but not great. Not great for the price it cost for us to order, that is. I think I spent closer to $40 with the two small pizza orders and two individual drinks and two sides of sauce. Basically, if I went to someone's house or a party and this pizza was being served, I would be happy, but it is definitely not worth it for me to purchase on my own, particularly when I can order or even make a more preferable pizza for less money. **TIP: The manager was being odd and hesitant about accepting the 10% off $25 or more coupon that Yelpers receive when checking in. We order pizza from here pretty often for school functions and I will say its decent. The deep dish crust is awesome, the traditional crust not so much. The deep dish crust is buttery with nice crispy edges and it's not sure where the crust ends and the pizza begins. Good stuff and way better than the other pizza franchises in the area. Was very skeptical of chain pizza but this place was a pleasant surprise. I am not a big fan of bready pizza but the Detroit style crust is great. I loved every crispy, buttery part of my pie. Pretty good for Detroit style pizza but I don't know about their other styles. However I do NOT recommend ordering delivery because they will deliver it cold. It's happened one too many times for us. So my boyfriend suggests that we try Jets because they're "good"....Boy was he wrong, they're GREAT! THE PIZZA IS BAKED TO PERFECTION AND WITH EACH DELECTABLE BITE, IT DELIVERS. I heard this place was closing down soon I'm not sure how true that is but honestly one of my favorite pizza places in Pitt County area and I hope it isn't true. Not the greatest sit down and fancy eating place but as a fast food type of pizza place it's really top notch. I love their pizza and would recommend it to anyone looking for good quality fast food kind of pizza and the service has never been bad when I've been there neither. If I'm comparing their place to other fast food places I'd give them a 5/5 rating but compared to fancy dining I'd give them like 3/5 or 4/5 just because they lack in that area. I am new to Jet's pizza and we were staying in a hotel in Greenville. We tried the ordering online via GrubHub app and it said it didn't go through. So I called Jets and placed an order. They called me to say they had gotten both orders and wanted to find out if that was intentional or not. We love the pizza from Jet's but today was the last time we will order from them. Order arrived and it was wrong. I pointed out to the driver that the order was wrong and he called his manager and put me on the phone with him. The manager was unwilling to fix my order and would only offer to remake 1 pizza. So to get the three pizza's that i ordered I would have to pay for four. Whats the actual cost to a restaurant for a pizza? Maybe $6? Did I mention this was for a birthday party? I have been going to Jet's Pizza since they opened. I think I was one of their first customers. I visited Jet's on Saturday. It had been a while since I had been in and boy had it changed! Not for the good either. If you like me have not been in Jet's for a while be prepared to encounter major attitude from some of the staff. I did not recognize Keisha, the cashier or the people fixing the food. I was a bit off put by her demeanor and her black and kool-aid red braids stacked sloppily on top of her head. But she seemed nice when she took my order. I ordered a SMALL garden salad which is quite expensive at $6. Jet's has good salads though and it is just large enough to share so I begrudgingly paid it. It took a very long time for them to prepare the salad probably close to 15 minutes. The cashier disappeared in the back somewhere for long periods of time only coming out when customers came in. When I received the salad I looked in the bag and there was one partially filled cup of salad dressing. The description for the salad says feeds up to 2 people so I asked for a second dressing. Again, the first one was not even full. The guy who brought me the salad said sure. The guy came back with the dressing and goes to hand it to me and then Keisha comes from the back intervening. She takes the dressing from the guy and proceeds to tell me that if I want it I have to pay an additional 80 cents. I have been in Jet's many times before and as I often get the salad with a pizza to share with another person I usually ask for 2 dressings and no one has ever asked for me to pay more for it. I tell her I just paid $6 for a SMALL garden salad and you are telling me I have to pay extra for a second dressing when the salad says it is supposed to feed up to 2 people? Keisha, the cashier, then tells me with a nasty attitude that she just works there she doesn't make the prices. Then she just stands there and stares at me with a salty expression. The whole time she is holding the dressing in front of her tightly like she is holding it hostage, like it's gold or something. I paid the 80 cent and left. In hindsight, I should have asked for my money back for the salad and walked out. I was in a hurry to get back home by that point as I had been waiting for close to 15 minutes. I doubt I will be going back to Jet's Pizza anytime soon. They have good food but their prices are inflated and I refuse to give someone my hard earned money if they can't even be polite and reasonable. I paid for an extra side of dressing but got an unwanted side of attitude.
