Today I was lucky enough to try Pizza Inn, and wow.. I had no idea how pizza could be legally classified as a cry for help. First of all, talking about menu, I should mention the following. Taco pizza? Hawaiian pizza with SPAM?? Hamburger pizza? Honestly speaking, I am wondering what kind of restaurant I am at, a pizza parlor or something that comes out of a late night fridge experiment. Well, I wouldn't be surprised if the place offered to make a turd pizza with them. Talking about food, it seems that the pizza spent around thirty seconds in an oven when it was sent to me. Undercooked, struggling, it was so raw that one might say it is still bread dough. Seriously, even frozen pizzas cooked in microwave are better off. Speaking about salad, the lettuce looked like it was taken straight from a subway kitchen. Just some depressing shredded strips. Unfortunately, the atmosphere of the place was also discouraging. I sat there, looking at my plate and wondering whether it was my wrong meal choice or wrong path in life in general. I took three bites, THREE.. and my stomach immediately started protesting like it was a blue haired crybaby. At that point, I decided my health (and sanity) were more important than finishing whatever that was. Overall, if you're looking for pizza that tastes like it was cooked by a flashlight and seasoned with disappointment, this is your spot. I believe they have stopped serving pizza at this location. Went for the buffet no Pizza not even empty pans. Salad bar blown out waited to see if they reacted to it but they didn't. Blamed several large "parties" coming in. Basic math would tell you larger numbers of patrons would require someone to fire up the oven and break the salad out of the cooler. You know I wish that companies would actually read the reviews that people leave about there business. I know I have left a few reviews but I believe that things should get better with time and that change should take place when there is a problem. Now as you can see my rating for this place has gone up and that is due to waitress that served us tonight (Lucy), she was a blessing to have wait on our table and was an absolute joy to talk to when things slowed down. This was my first experience at a Pizza Inn. I'm vacationing here for a week from Charleston, SC. I was so appreciative of the wonderful and friendly service. Our server (apologies for not remembering her name) checked on us often, refilled our drinks consistently, offered/asked us if we had any special requests for the buffet and just overall was a warm and welcoming face. This is by far the worst pizza ive ever eaten,frozen walmart pizza is 10 times better,99% of the buffet was burnt and i had to find our waitress to get drinks and she didnt even know her table beside us had left 20 minutes before,after complaining about how bad it really was they didnt care and stated at checkout they cant keep help,i wonder why?so they gave us a big $5 off our $45 bill,i am now on a mission to post this on every platform i can read more

Me and my Granddaughter went to Pizza Inn for supper and I can honestly tell you it was awful. I asked if they would put some fresh spaghetti noodles on buffet and the waiter came back and said they were going to warm up the noodles that were already in there which were already dried out and at the bottom of the container and were stuck to it. The noodles looked like worms. We used to enjoy going there to eat but the last couple times we have been there was not a good experience so therefore my last time going there was tonight. I love how Pizza inn hasn't changed since I was a kid . The staff is nice the sweet tea was delicious and the pizza has the same formula from when I was a kid and I still hate this disgusting Pizza lmao I told myself before I left the parking lot I wasn't gonna like the food but I said it's been 17 years since I last ate here maybe my taste might have change but no it hasn't. Went for the lunch buffet on a weekday. I was promptly greeted and seated, with the server soon at the table. The lunch buffet offers a salad bar, soup, and pizza. I was a little surprised that there was no pasta options available. Didn't try the soup, pretty good salad selection, and many pizzas were available. Server was prompt on beverage refills. We went to Pizza Inn for daughters birthday and we all selected the pizza and salad buffet. Price was very reasonable especially for group. Accommodations to allow us to bring in a birthday cake made it a special dinner, the thin crust was delicious. However no low calorie salad dressing options and the pizza was so salty we couldn't finish one slice. Pizza Inn needs more healthy choices consisting of low calorie, low fat dressing options and the salt content in all of the pizzas was more than we could handle. read more

My husband ordered lasagna. 30 minutes passed before it came to the table. The waitress said they now bake the lasagnas in the pizza oven and it had to go through 2 times. We may as well bought a Stouffer's. It was served in a tin foil container. Very little to no meat. Noodles were way over cooked to mush.
