The ambiance you can tell it used to be a store and converted it into an restaurant and they have plenty of tv's it all that added its own charm to the place. Taqueria Viki is an absolutely wonderful find for Mexican food in Tifton, Georgia. As an added…read morebonus, it is not far off of the highway (Interstate 75) and proved to be a great place for a meal. Let me start by saying that Taqueria Viki is a bit hard to find. I drive up and down and almost gave up and went to a Mexican place that was right there and then I noticed a rather nondescript building and saw that I found Taqueria Viki. Walking in, the place is as humble in ambiance as the outside. This is the true definition of a hole-in-the-wall, mom-and-pop type establishment that I find have the best Mexican food. The service was friendly and looking at the menu, I went with the birria tacos. Let me say that they were pretty stellar and were I believe $3.75 each. I would definitely recommend here.

The other half of each slice had the skimpiest toppings we've ever seen on a pizza. I think there was one mushroom on the whole pizza and each slice had two pepperonis, a little sausage and a couple of thin scarps of green pepper and onion. Plus , the crust was too chewy. We were really looking forward to the "Works" pizza, but it was a terrible experience from the Tifton location. Go elsewhere! It was not even close to be worth the $17 we paid!

It was ok, we should have ordered the Firecracker Shrimp as we saw that after we ordered. Also, it was the most popular appetizer as we seen multiple orders go out. Next course, we had a side salad and a tomato bisque . Salad was huge for $5 and bisque was delicious. Our main meal was Chicken Cobb Salad and Shrimp and Grits. Wow, both were so yummy that we tipped both chefs. Our server, Paige, did an amazing job of taking great care of everyone and with a beautiful smile! My hubby ordered the cheesecake for dessert. He said it was really a small portion for the price and was just okay. We would definitely stay at this Hilton just to eat here and if we were a local we would come all the time!

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. On a positive note, the restaurant itself was clean, and the bathroom was also clean, which I always appreciate. However, the food was the biggest letdown. The pizza did not taste fresh at all, and the ingredients lacked flavor and tasted overly processed. The employee was kind. Normally, I have to stop myself from finishing pizza, but this time I couldn't even eat most of it. I ended up just picking off the cheese and toppings because the bread itself was unpleasant and not enjoyable. To make matters worse, there were no complimentary red pepper flakes or parmesan cheese available, you have to purchase them separately, which was surprising and disappointing, especially given the overall quality of the food. Overall, while the location was clean, the food quality alone would keep me from returning. It wasn't the experience I was hoping for when craving pizza, and unfortunately, it missed the mark.
