Okay, this is irony at its finest. Now it is a Little Caesar's so this is not about the quality of food because you know it is adequate for the price. I called in ahead of time with an order because if you get the deep dish with extra sauce it is pretty good and reminds me of the old Noble Romans Sicilian. Anyway, I show up to pick up my order, and they have made it wrong. Now I am forced to sit and wait for an order I tried to have ordered so I would not have to wait. I was very pleased when the manager offered me a free deep dish meal... so at least I get something for my inconvenience. So this last weekend I thought I would use my coupon. Deep Dish meal, a cheese pizza, a pretzel pizza plain, and a pretzel pizza with pepperoni. Guess what... I get there and they have messed up the order. Now this time, I get less than a pleasant response from the 20 something manager, and have to wait another 10 minutes for my pizza to be remade. I guess I should just stop ordering ahead, and go next door to Starbucks and enjoy a beverage while my pizza cooks. read more

I wouldn't go to this location! Very aggressive attitude from the little old short man. He is very aggressive and rude. I did call corporate and report not only the behavior of this man, but also the order was wrong and the 2 pizzas were burnt beyond recognition. Actually ordered our pizza on line so it would be ready at a certain time. Showed up at the drive thru window, they could barely speak English. Had to show them the email where I ordered. So they asked me to pull up and they would bring it out. Ok, I was 5 minutes early, so thought ok! That's fine. Sit outside toward the back of the building for 15 minutes. They handed a pizza to the car behind me with only a few minutes wait. I honked my horn, the guy actually crawled out the drive thru window and asked me what I was waiting on. I tried to tell him who I was that I ordered it on line and it should be ready. Even left a tip. The manager comes to window, says oh I am so sorry I put it out front. While I am waiting in the drive thru, my pizza gets cold. I backed up to the window, he hands me cold pizza, and oh well here are some Little Ceasar cookie's "He's so sorry" I can only take so much of these people who can't speak English yet want to come and work at an American staple restaurant!!! Learn the language and make sure when you talk to someone at the window about their order you don't place it in the walk in kiosk up front by the door. Should have asked for my tip back!! Worst service I have ever experienced. I placed an order online when I got to the store to pick it up was told they did not have my order. I showed them my phone that had the order on it they did something on the computer brought me a pizza and bread sticks. It was the wrong pizza. I drove around parked and went in. Told them they gave me the wrong pizza they insisted they didn't I must have ordered the wrong pizza. They did fix me the pizza I ordered but continued to insist I was the one the made the mistake not them. Will not be going back. read more

At 5:27 I ordered my two pizzas from the app to be picked up through the drive through window. It's now 6:00 and still no food. Somehow one of them got "messed up". I'll add more if necessary if this is anything less than what anyone should expect to get from a Little Caesars, which is typically a go to restaurant for our family. Usually stop in for a pizza during the week after working late. Occasionally have to wait 5 minutes if they sold the last one but, not a problem if I did not call ahead. Guys behind the counter are nice and efficient. read more

Ordered my food online, received the pick up time. Get there and was told that they had to go to the store to buy green pepper for my supreme pizza. But was also told my other pizza was ready. Was asked to pull up, they would bring it out to me. 30 minutes later and parked and attempted to go in. Only to discover the front door is locked with a hand written sign stating short staffed only drive through open. Well one of the workers is walking out with pizza and attempts to walk past me. I ask about my pizza and he says I don't know anything about your pizza. Keep in mine he was the one that told me about my one pizza being done (30 minutes ago) and that they had to get the green pepper for my pizza. I then ask to speak to a manager, he points and says it's the guy in the store. I say does he have a name and he hestitates and says Mike. He stated he didn't know his last name. So when I went to get a picture of the note on the door and to also see if there was a corporate number I could call the mgr rips it off the door quickly and comes out. He immediately states that the owners are aware that they're short staffed. He also proceeds to tell me he doesn't need any attitude from me. I tell him I've been waiting on 2 pizzas for over a half hour, when my app stated they were ready 30 mins ago. He danced around that and just proceeded to tell me that they were short staffed, their truck didn't show up, etc. Then the best part, when I get home and open up my supreme pizza, we'll it consisted of sausage, onion & green pepper - that's it! This place is such a joke! Horrible customer service with no remorse for treating there customers badly and then to top it off the food was poor quality. read more

Visibly unappealing deep dish pepperoni that fortunately still had a good tasty. However, the employees need to learn to tell time. 25 minutes does not equal 7 minutes! Almost no pizzas ready when I walked in, ordered and told 7 minute wait. No problem, I will wait for a hot pizza. 25 minutes and at least ten other pizzas going out with 5 other walk-in customers after me, I finally get my order. It will be so long time before I return to this location. read more

Always had great service, and love the deep dish pepperoni. Personally never had problem seems like good kids.

The hot and ready IS NOT hot. Picked up two of the extra cheese and pepperoni pizzas that are all over TV lately. The pizzas were ready to go, but I am afraid they had been kept WARM way too long. We could not even eat the dried up things. Wasted $12.84. Second time for me. Never order hot and ready. read more

I stopped in during around 2 in the afternoon. Ordered the $8 box with pizza and cheese sticks with sauce. Got all the way home and there is NO sauce for the cheese sticks! Tried several times to call the store before returning. Got no answer! Got back in my car knowing my pizza was going to be cold by the time I got back. Went inside. No one else was in there but maybe 3 employees. They saw I was standing there, but delayed in getting to the counter to help me. I told them I got NO sauce for my cheese sticks! The guy said it doesn't come with it. I replied...oh yes it does! The commercial on tv says that it does and I had called other local Lil Caesars to check as well. He referred me to some other gal. She stated that it comes with it, but you HAVE TO ASK FOR IT. Really? Should I have asked for the cheese sticks and pizza as well? They came with it! Stupidity at its finest! She wanted to argue with me instead of just giving me the sauce!!!!! Bad customer service! Needless to say, I won't return and I had cold pizza and rubbery sticks by the time I got home. :( read more
