The lady kept saying it's coming just five more mins then when we asked for a refund it took her almost 35 mins just to give us a refund. The place only had like five or six people waiting. absolutely awful sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes for us to go inside and ask about our food and then say they haven't even started cooking yet. then we asked for a refund and they tried to argue with us about that. 2Jan2025 I ordered delivery from Little Caesars in Gardendale. Once again, the order was lacking. Note: The Dasher, Coty, was exceptional! Within a few minutes he even returned with items that had been left-off my order. The last time I ordered in December, I never received the order, which was subsequently cancelled and refunded by Little Caesars. Several previous orders were incomplete. Sometimes I complained about missing items; other times I just didn't bother. When I've attempted to speak with "management/human-personnel" (@ the Fieldstown location) My Call Is Always Transferred to a call-center, to people Whom Do Not Speak Understandable English. There is a consistent problem with orders from this location. As of this date, I've deleted the Little Caesars App. I will no longer bother with the substandard service and aggravation of dealing with a company that obviously doesn't need my business. Customer service terrible! They close up early in the daytime by locking the doors without signs on the doors for food delivery drivers and customers. Cashiers except one heavy set guy are absolute horrible. No uniforms in sight, they wear whatever. They constantly miss items requested on orders. Needs to be shut down. Food is usually good considering it's cheap but the employees here specifically 1 has the same sour attitude every single time i come here. G he gives me the 20-25 minute wait time every time, no matter the order, and gets an annoyed look on his face when I say the wait is cool. I think I've only been there once or twice and they had what I wanted, which was advertised as Hot and ready at the time I went. They would make more money if they had other stuff ready and people didn't have to settle for a regular pepperoni or just leave. I went to the Gardendale, AL location tonight to get 2 hot and ready cheese pizzas and 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizzas. Any time I've been to this location, they have been out of one or the other, so I asked the young man at the window if they had those ready. He said that they only had pepperoni ready and that they could only give out 2 of each type of pizza per car. I asked if I could get 4 pepperoni instead of the 2 and 2 I originally wanted and he said he would have to pull me up to wait. Why on earth are they limiting 2 types of pizzas per car and why would I have to wait when he already said the pepperoni pizzas were ready? It makes absolutely no sense to me. I love little Caesars, but this location has the worst customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas, Italian cheese bread, and crazy bread. They told us to pull up cause it would be a few minutes, ok that's fine. A guy brings us one pizza and the crazy bread and we told him what we were missing, 20 min go by and he never came back out so we went in. They said our other pizza was being boxed up, okay cool. 5 min go by and they asked what we were waiting on and said our pizza was on the oven. Decent service but the one time we have been there they got our order wrong. Attempted to call to rectify the order and no one would answer the phone. Wife had to drive back up there to fix pizza. This was a prime example of "you get what you pay for". Our kids like the hot & ready pizza. But at this location our pizzas were extremely under cooked. Soggy & somewhat doughy. If I didn't toss 95% of the 3 pizzas; I would've took a picture for my fellow yelpers. If we weren't traveling; I would've took them back. As I mentioned, our kids like Little Ceasar's. Today was maybe the 20th time I have gotten pizza from this store and I don't expect much but this was ridiculous! I had put my order in online and payed already and gave a good 15 minutes before I arrived. Upon arrival I was never greeted, which happens so I get that. Then I realized it's because there was no one in the front so I got a little annoyed. The drive through rang and someone came up and didn't even acknowledge me but served 5 cars then walked up and said "have you ordered yet?" I said "no, I have been waiting for 15 minutes just to pick up my food." To which she replied "well we are busy so". Then she took my name grabbed my food and walked away. I normally don't like cheap pizza but this Little Caesars is pretty good. It's better than all the other chain pizza restaurants in Gardendale. All the other pizza joints taste like play-doh. But the many times I've been to this establishment they are very nice and the pizza was delicious. I don't understand the other one star reviews. read more

Not saying this to personally be mean to the guy at the window cause he was very nice and helpful. The problem I had was his hygiene seemed terrible. He looked really dirty! I went to the Little Caesars in Gardendale last night (Halloween). I don't know who the manager is at that location, but they should be fired. Did they not know it was Halloween? They were totally unprepared for the large amount of traffic they had. I went inside and ended up waiting 30 minutes (when they told me it would be 12) for a thin crust pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread. Somehow though the people through the drive through were getting their pizzas in a timely manner. I finally got tired of it and let my agitation show. The lady at the drive through and the cashier inside even had a spat about her giving someone else a pizza that was ordered through the portal. It was a mess!!! This location is terrible. It's not the first time this has happened. They never seem prepared when they are supposed to have a certain amount READY. Isn't that the whole point of their advertising "HOT AND READY".
