We were a table of 7- 4 adults and 3 kids. One of the kids meals was the one forgotten. In my experience the kids should be served first. When we questioned the soft drink refills, we were told, that's how i was trained, to ring up refills the same. We paid almost sixty bucks for a pizza and four soft drinks. We don't mind paying for good food and good service, but this was a little disappointing. A coke costs, what, a nickel or dime of syrup? We paid $18 for our drinks (a coke), and $30 for a pizza. There was a young man in there that looked like he was washing dishes and cleaning up, but the smell and the amount of cleanup required an army. Wow! I think in order for Ponderosa to survive, they need to embrace health and foods that are simple with reduced processing.
