Yesterday at approximately 5:00 PM I called to place an order for 2 pizza's Puffs, and Italian Bread I requested to pick up my order at 6:15 and was assured it was not a problem. Boy was that wrong. We had to wait until 6:35 to leave this establishment. I have not had Little Caeser's food in a few years now I remember why. This service was unbelievable. my friend drove over to get a hot and ready and the cashier was being extremely rude and inappropriate. whoever was the bigger guy working the afternoon shift on september 1st, it is not appropriate in any situation to solicit someone for pictures of their feet and suggest they start a "foot page". my friend felt so uncomfortable that her boyfriend had to come back and defend her because of the way she was treated. i don't think someone like that guy should be allowed to work customer service, especially if theyre going to abuse paying customers. 0/5 if i could, wish we never went there in the first place, even the crazy bread was cut horribly. read more

Went to pick up a pizza for my son, none of the employees had their masks on. Main guy must have had a really heavy jaw because he wore his like a hammock. The ones cooking in back all have their noses out and barely on their face. I have photos but I don't want the gentleman fired. I hope the owner sees this and takes action. Understand you are working in a warm area and it's a bit difficult to breathe but you are literally handling food that folks are picking up for their families. read more

The employees are not wearing the masks in the kitchen while preparing the food, again. Poor management and ownership. Stores like this have no reason to complain about losing business when they cannot comply with local Health department requirements. Not going here anymore read more

They closed early at 7pm. Our order went in at 7:02. Instead of just cancelling, which I would have been fine with....they no joke sent us a pizza that was made for someone else at NOON that same day. It was dry and old and obvious and gross. read more

Been here a few times. If you're just getting a cheese pizza you have to watch they don't try to sell you old ones. Every time I've been to this location I check and every time the pizza looks 30 minutes old. They agree they're old and they just don't sell well so they just try to sell you an old one. You'd think they'd have them check how fresh they are before selling them. Who knows. read more

I just picked up an "Extra Most Bestest" Pizza from this location, because I have 8 and 10 year-old boys, and when Mom is out of town working, and you're running late from work yourself, it's an easy option. Upon arriving home I discovered that the pizza looked and tasted like it had been made yesterday. I understand how this can happen, as do I understand that Little Ceasars is the "fast food" of the pizza industry, I just wanted to inform the store manager of my disappointment, since I get pizza from this location a lot. So I called the store, a girl answered the phone (don't remember her name, Julia, Jillian... something), and I asked to speak with the store manager, she responded, "Why?", so I informed her of my disappointment. Then she asked me, "Well, when did you get the pizza?", and I'm like "I don't know, I just picked it up and immediately drove 3 miles home".....Without apologizing, or asking how she could repair the issue, she started rattling off a bunch excuses about pre-making pizzas, and something about a deep dish something, something...... I stopped her and said, "Hey, I don't care about all that, I just wanted the store manager to know of my disappointment". She continued to argue with me about the pizza, so I said, "Okay, can I speak with the store manager?", at which point she informed me that SHE was the store manager, and continued to talk over me and argue about the issue..... I will NEVER enter this store again, and I suggest you all do the same. A suggestion to whomever owns this establishment: Get your "Manager" some training on customer service, as ultimately there are about 5 pizza places, every square mile in Metro Detroit, and customers can choose any other to go to after a bad experience, like I had read more
