The absolute worst business that exists in this country.
Few weeks ago, my nephew wanted a pizza so I ordered one for him. Placed it for order on the phone, and they told me about an hour before it could be delivered. That was fine. No problem. So, I'm waiting about an hour and a half when their driver texts me "just picked up your pizza, will be there in five minutes". Cool. A little later but as long as it gets here.
Two hours later, I text "where is my pizza? you said you were on your way 30 minutes ago". She calls me on the phone 30 minutes after that and says there was an error and that my pizza is being remade. I'm like WTF?
So, Little Caesers calls me and tells me that the driver delivered my pizza to the wrong address. I'm thinking "huh? how can your driver mess this up?" Driver shows up three hours after I placed my order and apologizes and says that there was a problem with making my pizza. Doesn't even bother to tell me the truth, that she delivered to the wrong address and just lies straight to my face.
Is this the end of the story? Nope. I email Little Caesers. Their district manager for this region calls me and asks what happened so I tell her calmly, I'm nice about it. Then, this Little Caesers District Manager starts going off about how "we are not Dominoes". I was like "huh", did I miss something? I know I'm not talking about Dominoes and I kept telling her that I ordered from Little Caesers. She just won't shut up about Dominoes and I simply lost my mind. I raised my voice and told her "I know you're not Dominoes, I ordered my pizza from Little Caesers" so she decides to start yelling at me on the phone which prompted me, very angrily, to end the phone call.
Sure, I could have handled it better but she just wouldn't shut up about "we're not Dominoes" and she wouldn't let me talk and kept going on and on and on about how Little Caesers wasn't Dominoes. So, I ended my business with Little Caesers and started ordering our pizzas from Dominoes.
There is no way on this planet I would ever recommend *any* Little Caesers nor direct any business to any of their locations or franchises. They are rude, arrogant, and they yell at you on the phone and also resort to having their DMs cuss you out on the phone.
