First charge was used off of the app which I clearly stated to him I didn't want to use my app for charging my dinner, however he charged me. That was the first charge. Then after he hit some buttons then said ok go ahead and pay, I used my cash app card and he charged me 19.13, then he said ok it was declined, so I used the tap to charge my cash app card and he said it was declined again. He pushed some more buttons and realized he charged me the first time. However, on my charges on both cards that was used I looked on my accounts and it was charged three times. I showed him my phone and bank statement and he then proceeded to say I can't do anything about it. I made him call the manager and he took like 15 minutes to speak to someone and came back and said the manager is off sick for the whole weekend, and the store manager won't be here until Monday sometime. I asked for him to refund my money and he said he couldn't do it. I have not had such horrible experience in my life and I am out $57.39 and Josh your worker, didn't seem to care.
