Every time I order from here, there's an issue. Sometimes it's a 30 minute wait for a "hot and (not) ready" pizza, not to mention they have no bathroom. Employees are mostly rude and lazy. Tonight, I went Angel Tree shopping with my younger cousins and wanted to celebrate with pizza. It was RAW. Tried calling support, I've been on the phone 5 times in the last 30 minutes because they keep hanging up on me. I've been respectful, no potty language etc. I had to order pizza for delivery instead because I'm not willing to serve children undercooked pizza. Not to mention they forgot the sauce until I said something. Place needs to get a grip, and the CEO/manager needs to have the actual employees answer the phone instead of some random person overseas that has no clue what Little Caesars even is.

    Unevenly cut pizza

We all know little Caesar's is cheap food, but the fact that I can even pull a piece of crazy bread out of the bag because they are all stuck together and mushed. Not to mention that they couldn't cut our pizza evenly...

Little Cesar pizza - the thinning in the center threw me off

My son wanted pizza so I came here, save your money. Pizza is so thin and greasy. I think the blonde older lady just re cooked a pizza. Doesn't look appetizing. If you do go maybe avoid Thursday nights lol. All of the slices are so thin my son didn't want to even try it. She was working alone but the food should be atleast edible lol.

    two slices of pizza

every single time I order thin crust pizza at little ceasers in Belvedere IL my pizza is alway burnt! No sauce even though I always ask for extra sauce. my receipt says extra sauce. my pizza literally has no sauce. you can barely see red under the burnt/ dried up cheese. has texture of Parmesan cheese! Cheese crumbles and falls off. Its not cheesy! And the burnt crust is like eating a cracker. the manager Brandan replaced my four burnt pizzas at no charge. only to replace them with the same burnt! dry! cracker they served me before. Little ceasers has lost my business!! the same thing happens when I order regular pizza. not just thin crust. they need to turn down the temp on the oven! add the DAMN sauce and stop rushing the pizzas! I understand they're busy! but Damn!! i am pissed and I am literally done being a customer! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!

It took over 2 hours to get my order. They were busy and the staff was polite but it's ridiculous to take so long to receive our food.

Only thing I marked off for was that the cheese/sauce/toppings stopped too far in- there was too much crust before the stuffed crust area started.

Apparently I got part of someone else's order besides mind. Discovered it when I got home. Overall the chicken was good. One thing they should do is label the dips.

So, I'm not a huge fan of wingstop. I've been to a few of them in a few different states, and…read moredespite how much I love my hot wings, this place typically never really did anything for me. I remember having fries here at a location in San Diego about 10 years ago, and they were good. But as far as the hot wings go, they're typically under seasoned, dry, overcooked, they just typically suck. Especially the location by my house, that's why I don't go there or to any other wingstops anywhere. So that being said, I can literally say that this is the best Wingstop I have ever been to in My Life, and let me tell you why. I personally think that a place that sells hot wings, and especially specializes in hot wings, should have an ample amount of sauce. Most people including me like them sauced to the gills. It should be an unspoken rule. But I hardly ever get enough sauce on the ones I've got before at other locations. So I've been wanting hot wings since I saw it on a menu from a place I ate at yesterday. I have an ordered Wingstop in a few years, and apparently they have new flavors going on, such as Cajun (which is buffalo sauce with Cajun rub) and lemon hot (which is buffalo sauce with lemon pepper sprinkled on top). They have a couple others, but these are the two that I went with. The dude at the counter taking my order was super cool! I was asking him about the different sauces and he was more than happy to explain them to me. I made the request to have my wings with extra sauce. But did they deliver? YEAH BOY HOWDY! They gave me exactly what I wanted! My wings were super saucy, and I had a good amount of dry rub on top. I ordered 15 bone in, and was only able to get the two different flavors, but I ate them all in one sitting. So here are my gripes. The nice dude asked me if I wanted two things of ranch, so I said sure. I didn't know that Wingstop charges a $1.50 for a little tiny cup of ranch sauce. Nobody else does. Plus one cup is more than enough for 15 wings. Secondly, he asked my name for my order. Told me it would be about 15 minutes, which was fine I'm not in a hurry, but after a while not hearing my name I glanced back and my bag was just sitting there on the counter. Couldn't have been for too long, because when I got back to my truck my wings were still hot, but still, let us know when our order is ready so we can enjoy the food! I'm kind of skeptical to going back to a Wingstop because I don't know if it will be this caliber, but this is definitely the location that Rick Ross needs to send his franchisees to, to learn how to actually make a good hot wing! If I stop back here in belvedere, I'll definitely order another round! ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. What a jolly little wingery! I've been there a few times now, and the food (I've only had wings,…read moresomeday I'll explore the burgers!) is always excellent - hot, fresh, fresh-cooked to order, and decently sized pieces. Their menu can be a little confusing, but the nice gent/owner is happy to help you out and make sure you leave with what you were after. Their Ranch Dressing is made onsite, and is a hit with my bride. I'm not a Ranch guy, myself. They have several very decent Dry Rub variations - just ask. Again, I'm not much of a "Sauce guy" - I like food that lets go of me once I've eaten it! Dry Rub rules! The prices are fair, especially for fresh bird. I wish they offered Breakfast Burritos (now that G&G has abandoned us) - I'd stop a couple times a week. No indoor dining area... that's why I carry paper towels in the truck. Wings Time is a real winner - you must try it!
