Horrible customer service! I called to make a review the lady sounded like she was asleep- yawning every 5 seconds. At the end I was getting annoyed that she couldn't get the numbers right for the payment. So I said I wouldn't just place an online order and she was horribly rude. She said "nice...." I arrived at this location at 9:46pm, waited at the drive thru speaker, nobody acknowledged me so I drove to the window, where there was another car that drove off as I pull up to the window I see the screen is down so we can't see in. I drove around to the front of the store and the employees are just standing at the counter. There was another person that walked up to the door and it was locked and the employees are just inside looking at people. This is terrible customer service. Hours are posted for a reason, if there is a reason to I close early I understand but it seems like these people just didn't want to work. read more

Rude. Laughed at me when I asked if my order was ready. The guy at the window told me 10 mins. It took 20 which isn't a big deal but I could hear them laughing from the kitchen and the guy at the window didn't even look at me he just shut the window right after he shoved the pizza to me. Also I asked for Buffalo ranch and he gave me ranch. They never have pizza available. It's like they say thier HOT AND READY but it's not ready they don't have any pizzas ready. I am not the biggest fan of chain pizza restaurants, but this specific location has never once disappointed me. My order is always correct and the staff are always friendly. The parking lot can be a bit tricky at certain times of the day, but I think is that it is due to the drive thru option here (which many others do not have). Overall, the app is super easy and user friendly to use when ordering ahead of time. I will continue to grab pizza here because the price is right and the pizza is always fresh! read more

Went in and order one pepperoni and one cheese pizza waiting about 10 minutes when another customer came in and ordered a 3 meat. 6 more minutes pass by when I notice that the customer who order the 3 meat her order was done. This visit started off well until... I could see the male, bald cook not wearing his mask properly. I could see him through the self-serve pick up windows. Then... another employee (female with Alaska sweatshirt) comes strolling by with her mask also below her nose. You are serving food and we're in the middle of a pandemic!!! If I could give zero stars for this location I would. I stopped in at 815 pm on the 26th . There was no customers in the store and one car in drive Thru. I was immediately greeted (only positive moment about this entire visit) I ordered the new Stix and pizza . The older man(I'm assuming he is the owner or at the very least the one in charge ) opened his want we and grabbed it, rang me up and took my money. He then pushed the pizza towards me and turned his back to me and started talking with his employee. Ok... no polite " have a nice day" not so great customer skills . I walked out and opened the pizza to make sure it was hot and ready! Absolutely no!!! The pizza was extremely old to the point that the sauce had dried up and was not even like warm let alone hot and ready. I turned around and walked right back in. At this point a younger man(maybe 18-20 yea old) greeted me. I said " I just bought this and it's not hot and appears old and I would like a new one please " he took the pizza box opened it and touched (yes I said touched ) a slice of pizza and said "it's warm" and pushed it back towards me. Then says" we can't take it back" I asked for the manager (the older man came out) and I explained that I was just waited on by him and the pizza was not only cold and old but his employees now had put his hands on it so I would like a new one or my money back. At this point the 2 men huddled to gather over the pizza and spoke in their language for 3-4 min and the. The younger one once again said no new pizza . So I said " I would like my money back" finally the older man grabbed the pizza and tossed it on the back counter and said " ten min , new pizza " walked away and they all continued to just stand their without attempting to hide the fact that they are gossiping and mimicking me. While I waited a deaf man came in and attempted to order but younger guy could t understand what he wanted even though the customer was pointing towards the menu ans holding up the number 1 finger . So the customer left frustrated and then the younger guy says to the girls something about sign language (those words he said in English) and they all laughed. Their food is good. But my review is about the horrible horrible customer service I experienced with one lady at drive thru window. I placed my order online, but I waited little but near the speaker in drive thru, just to let them know. The speaker was on but there was no one talking. So I just pulled up to the window, the lady looked at me like I have committed a crime, she gave me the worst look ever, i was still being nice and told her I have placed an order online and here to pick up. She just said my name grabbed the stuff and handed me. There was no hello, no thank you nothing at all. I said thank you and said you should have at least said hello or something. We eat pizza here at least twice a month and its always hot and fresh. You can call ahead of time and pick it up without waiting. They even have a drive through window for your convenience. The staff has always been friendly and you can not beat the stuffed crust pizza,its wonderful. Your prices here are much more affordable. read more

I was told it will be a ten minute wait and to pull up in front and somebody will bring it out to me. 20 minutes go by and nothing. I've never had bad service at this little Caesars (or any little Caesars) In fact there's a really good hard working assistant manager (I think he is an assistant) working there. So polite and just an all around good hard worker. When I go into the drive thru I usually have to pay and then pull around to the front and wait because I order deep dish. This great employee will bring out my pizza to me. One day I called and ordered cinnabites and drove over there. I pulled up to the front and waited because I knew they wouldn't be ready yet. It's a Little Caesars, not the Ritz-Carlton dining room. That said, our pizza was hot and the staff was friendly and fast. We ordered a special order pizza so we needed to wait for it to cook. While we waited, over 20 customers came in and out in that 15 minutes...so this place was busy. Granted, it's Olivehurst and the restaurant selections are quite thin. Being a people watcher (some of the good folks of my hometown never fail to put on a good show), I watched the staff remain pleasant and helpful to people who really just needed a good kick in the tooth. little caesars is open till 10:00pm. my father, brothers nd i went through the drive through and there was a note on the menu saying "We close drive through at 9:30" before i noticed the note we were figuring out what we wanted about 3 min. we look at the time once i read the note and it said 9:28pm so my dad orders and he said "what's the largest order of wing?" she said "8 piece, but if you order those you have to come inside to get it" which i find highly rude and disrespectful. telling us if we order more we have to come inside to pick it up. the drive through is supposed to be quick and fast. but when we got to the window she was taking to another customer on the headset and was being completely rude and telling them it is closed and to come inside. Worst experience and i definitely won't be back. the lady in the drive through taled to a guy for about 3-4 minutes before noticing she didn't give us our food or card back, as she ignored the 2 times i asked for peppers, but rather then that this is horrible customer service, and bad workers. no hard work- i would give negative stars if i could read more

This Caesars is wonderful, and the staff there are very helpful and friendly . You go in there with a sense they all are working as a team to get things done. Love the drive thru aspect and the ingredients taste better at this one than the Marysville one. read more

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! I thought it was great that there was a drive- thru!! I was happy since I have a torn ligament in my ankle and have difficulties walking and always have children that I could zip through the drive thru and grab a pizza and be on my way. That isn't the case! First time I went through I was informed you cant order anything through the drive thru only select items. I was disappointed but decided it was okay, lesson learned and I went inside. The next time I waited until 4:10 pm (they say from 4-8pm you can get the Hawaiian and other pizzas through the drive thru) the lady said it wasn't ready and would take five minutes. I told her I didn't mind waiting. She then told me she would ring me up inside. Really? What is the purpose of the drive thru?? really, I would like to know because I don't get it!! My husband waited 30 minutes for our pizza on another visit all to find out they gave ours away. I called in an order the last time I was there and they messed up three of the four pizzas we wanted. (wrong toppings, sauce you name it) I am done! Was happy to finally get a restaurant out here in Olivehurst, but I will not be back.
