Food quality is consistently excellent, and very affordable. I priced out comparable pizzas on both Little Caesars website and Domino's website - Caesars was $10+ cheaper. Wait times can sometimes be long, but that's mostly because they're always busy. Ordering 15-20 minutes ahead of time usually takes care of that. The location can be a little noisy, but that's due to the cooling fans and ovens constantly running in the food prep area. Other than that, the location appears quite clean and looks professional. Of note, the manager and crew (at the Huntsville location) try very hard to give great quality food and service for everyone, even when swamped with orders. That commitment to service is seen less and less these days in the fast-food industry. There will always be exceptions and mistakes made, but overall, Little Caesars tries very hard to give the public a consistent-quality food product, with dough made in-house, at prices that can't be beat. read more

Watched the worker with black and red hair pick her nose then proceeded to make pizzas WITH NO GLOVES!! They were cussing and laughing up a storm instead of helping the customers. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM ORDERINGFROM THEM!!! read more

ZERO STARS! had to wait 45 minutes to get my pizza and when i got it it was the wrong kind! workers made inappropriate jokes during my wait

Service and wait time are HORRIBLE...even for subpar pizza! Manager is rude to people and they have 1 manager and 2 trainees only working after 5pm. Seriously?? read more

Pizza was so raw I could have made a slime asmr video with it. Customer service is always terrible, regardless of who is working. read more

I am not a pizza snob by any means but I have had pizza in New York, New Jersey and Chicago. I get Little Caesars because they are consistent and not expensive like so many other places. I am in the greater Houston area. I like my pizza light on the sauce and a little well done. They get it right every time. The little crazy puffs with pepperoni hit the spot, my hubby said. read more

I went to Little Ceasars pizza in Huntsville, Tx. on Wednesday 3/20/2024. The cashier had a smart mouth. I pointed out that my order had been sitting out on the counter in the back for over 10 minutes getting cold. Instead of trying to correct the situation, she blamed my order by telling me that it was because they were waiting on the Pizza Puffs. That is POOR time management. If everything is ready except for 1 thing then put the ready items in a warmer. Don't leave them sitting out. The cashier has ZERO business in customer service. I will flat out refuse to return as long as that smart mouthed girl is still employed there. As a manager in retail I would have fired her on the spot based on her smart mouth. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

Manager walks around with her phone blasting music. Wait time is horrible for pizza! 2 hrs for wings and crazy bread.

When you combine funny workers with cheap but good pizza you get a good experience. I came to litte caesers about two days ago just craving pizza. There was a little miscommunication and my friend and I ended up having to wait longer than expected for sauce on the side. We didn't really mind, but it just seems like there was a lack of communication from those that worked in the back that night. The front person, was very accomodating and actually really funny when playing off how working with his coworkers is typically like that. Overall, if you want cheap good pizza. They got $6 cheesy bread and half a pizza. Can't get better then that, if you're balling on a budget. read more

Food is good. Costumer service is horrendous. Our cashier Kyrissa G. was very rude and disrespectful. Tried to explain it didn't look like the discount was applied so I asked and she was very condescending. Told me "It was applied it just doesn't show. I can give you a refund but I cant argue with the system. It's corporates problem. " Which is understandable, however her attitude was uncalled for. Not to mention she was rude to everyone before us AND was especially rude to this one guest who came in telling her she couldn't give her a refund but had offered us a refund. read more

A for the effort... D for the food. I stopped in to try the new pretzel pizza. Long story short, it was disappointing. However, the lady who took my order was friendly and once the pizza came out I watched her put in the effort of putting butter and the pretzel salt on the crust. Sadly the pizza wasn't cut all the way through, which made eating it in the car quite difficult. Ever try grabbing a slice from a pizza box on the floor of the passenger seat with one hand only to find out that it's not cut all the way through? I'm sure the other people on the road just thought I was drunk or texting. read more

Poor Customer Service, Blatently Rude Staff. Went in to order a pizza this evening first time going to this location. Looked on the menu and asked if they had any pizzas ready not knowing how they operated. Girl at the counter goes "DOES IT LOOK LIKE I HAVE ANYTHING IN MY BOX?" I said what? She goes again "DOES IT LOOK LIKE I HAVE ANY PIZZAS MY BOX, MY BOX EMPTY!" I explained I hadn't been there and don't know how anything works and she could've just said we don't have any pizzas ready right now. How hard is it to just give good customer service to people who treat you with respect and come into the place you work to eat? If you don't like your job don't work there but don't be blatantly rude to me for trying to get a pizza from a pizza shop. First and last time I make this mistake. Trash. **To the girl, Don't be surprised when you work jobs like this your whole life talking to people that way and expecting to make it in life. You're a detriment to any company you work for. You earn your place everyday. read more

Went into location in Huntsville TX to buy pizza for some of our customers. Never ever again will we do that. The guy who was getting paid to help customers was not helpful. Simple things in life make people happy. Customer service and pizza. I have never had such bad service at a little caesar's until today. I will never try again at this location. Not ever. Will I go to another town? Yes I will because I do like there food at a good price. And to add the service at the other locations is great that I have been to. read more

Excellent customer service! Pizza was delicious. Wait time was good, since I had a special order. The price is always right!

Can't complain for the price. Pizza is pretty good, and I can usually get in and out quickly. Sometimes I go by to pick up some buttery garlic sauce to pour over steamed broccoli. read more

We ordered several Pizzas for one of our children's birthday parties. The order was placed and payed for the day before. We only had the party venue for an hour and a half. Pizza was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11:30. At 11:45 they tell me 25 minutes. Try having a seven year olds birthday party with no lunch. It doesn't go over well. That's why they get one star. If there was a 0 star option that's what they would get from me. read more

okay first to correct the address the store in at 1111 interstate 45 S not N. now as far as this store is concern. for cheap pizza it has always been good over the years. until this last year everyone has been very friendly but that you expect in a small town. now i say until because a while back they changed managers. sadly this manager is one of the rudest people i have ever met. I have walked in to get pizza and he has been yelling at a worker and i don't mean lightly raising his voice and correcting a worker i mean out of control yelling. when i have been miserable blessed to have him take my order he is rude, abrute and has no clue what customer service is about. I no longer go to this store and won't again until the corperation removes this manager from this store. and i hope others in the town do the same. read more
