This has been my DR's office for 6 year since I moved to NC. I will be finding a new DR's office to…read morego to: My blood work was ordered incorrectly causing me to get over a $400 bill. After talking to my insurance company I was told that the bill needs to be resubmitted with different reason codes (deficiency in vitamin D etc). I have called twice, given them the fax number of where to submit, and instructions. In over 2 months time they have failed to complete this task. This blood-work issue has happened to 2 other people I know at this practice. Unfortunately, the other 2 have spent many trips and calls to the facility and still haven't received a resolution. Since I knew there was an issue the day I went in for my appointment I expressed my concerns and asked to skip the blood-work. They said no need to worry, they were only ordering routine blood-work and that the others I knew probably had not as good of insurance as me. HA HA!! They got me. I loved my Dr, but she has left the practice. Dr Susan Echterling was the most caring, friendly, and no non-sense Dr I have ever had. She was always late (20 minutes - 1.5 hours) but somehow she was still worth the wait. I highly recommend finding a different practice to go to.

They failed to call in a prescription of mine for refill before the office closed and then I became violently ill and didn't have the prescription I had needed and asked many times for them to make sure they called it in because it was important. I almost had to go to the hospital due to their lack of taking my request seriously. And I'm still waiting for a return call 5 days later. Edit: 11/12/14: I actually went in to the office today to get a response regarding my medical issues since I had still heard nothing. They were nice at first and let me see Dr. Agha. Dr. Agha basically told me I was being melodramatic and said there was nothing he could do to help me. He was extremely patronizing and made me feel absolutely terrible without offering any kind of help. I do not know what oath these doctors took in med school, but it definitely wasn't the Hippocratic oath. I am washing my hands with this particular practice and finding one that I hope will actually take me serious.

Not only did we get to see the baby in real time with 3D-5D imaging, we were walked through what everything was, had questions answered, and got to get a good look at his sweet facial features. We were sent home with a handful of images, a USB with the rest of the pictures taken (130 of them) and a live recording of the session, our choice of a stuffed animal with his recorded heartbeat, and a diaper bag with 2 cans of formula and breastmilk collection cups. We are 19 weeks and 1 day and her heart rate is a strong 154bpm! And a BIG thank you to Bundle of Love for another amazing session!!!!! Cannot express how grateful we are to come in and check on our little girl in a safe, clean and friendly environment in the midst of all this chaos going on in the world with COVID-19.
