We chose to come here due to Covid restrictions at our regular OBG and my daughter not being able to attend because she's under 18. This locations allows you to bring up to four others with you to look at baby in 4D. Appointment are very easy to set up! Online or over the phone. I absolutely recommend this business! I was drawn to tiny toes this whole pregnancy for their professionalism on their website and the great packages they offer! I just decided to get a 3D ultrasound at 25 weeks pregnant and despite being well hydrated and being able to see baby girl so clearly she did not want to put her hands or feet down. My technician was amazing at trying to get an image of Arely for us and tried everything! She was so knowledgeable and personable. I absolutely loved the option of being able to come back for images in a few weeks at 29 weeks pregnant. I will never use another service for 3D ultrasounds. I went to another place just because we wanted to go a bit earlier (chubby cheeks) and they didn't even offer me to come back in, the other place had given me the same image four times and then like a picture of nothing on it and a quarter of the bottom showing a heartbeat. I was really disappointed this time around. Took my daughter for her second pregnancy and we barely got any good pictures this time around. Her first pregnancy we got pictures and a video this time no video was included and it cost the same as the first pregnancy. Also this time they offered babys heartbeat in a stuffed animal that cost 40 extra dollars for my daughter to get a heartbeat that sounds more like static. Very Very disappointed this time. I'm sure they cmould have done better. Don't waste your money on the animal. read more

Tiny Toes Prenatal Imaging - My little guy at 15 weeks! - Ultrasound Imaging Centers Near Me - Greensboro, North Carolina

I have had two experiences with Tiny Toes, the first one being when my DIL was pregnant with my grandson. When we arrived we waited for about 10 minutes or so before we were brought to the US room. There were 6 of us viewing the baby, and they only had 4 chairs. Two of our group ended up setting in the floor. Other than that the experience we had with my DIL was great. The receptionist asked when we went in if my DIL wanted any of the extras, and took her time explaining how everything worked, pricing, etc. The sonographer was very knowledgeable and patient. She got pictures of my grandson from head-to-toe. My second experience with Tiny Toes was with my daughter. I paid for the session as a gift to my daughter. On the day of her scheduled appointment, we planned to meet at Tiny Toes about 10 minutes prior to her appointment, at which time I would pay for the session and any extra items she wanted. Unfortunately, on the day of her appointment it was pouring down rain and I missed my exit, which put me getting there about 15 minutes late. My daughter was also running about 5 minutes behind because of the rain. I called and let Stephanie (the receptionist) know that we were on our way, and would be running about 10 minutes late. She said "that is fine, but if she is more that 10 minutes late she will have to reschedule." Luckily my daughter got there right after I spoke with Stephanie. Next my daughter calls me and says they cannot do the US without her paying up front. I asked if they could wait for me to get there, because by then I was only 5 minutes away, and Stephanie said no, they needed the payment right then or my daughter would have to reschedule. So, with already running behind due to missing my exit, and trying to drive in the pouring down rain, now I had to transfer the money directly to my daughter so she could pay because they couldn't wait 5 minutes. Stephanie didn't ask if my daughter wanted any of the extras, because she was in to much of a hurry to get us in and out. Therefore, we were unable to purchase a DVD, or get the baby's heartbeat recording, because that had to be done prior to going into the US room. Once in the US room the sonographer seemed rushed. She only got pictures of the baby's face/head. I had to ask about pictures of his legs and gender confirmation. When I asked about the DVD she said "she didn't ask for it in her package", but my daughter told me when we left that she didn't know about the DVD. She thought that it was automatically included, because no one took the time to explain it to her. I understand they are on a time schedule, and don't want the customers behind us to have to wait, but if they were going to have to be rude and seemed rushed with us they should've just rescheduled. I did leave early enough to give myself ample time to get there, but unfortunately I missed my exit which took me about 20 minutes out of the way. Sometimes life happens. At this point I kind of feel like my daughter was let down, because Stephanie didn't feel like explaining the packages to her, and I pretty much just paid for a rushed appointment. In total we were there maybe 30 minutes. This was a terrible experience!!! read more
