I found this place on Instagram after realizing the ultrasound studio I used in my previous pregnancy no longer fit our schedule. We arrived 15 minutes early as instructed and waited in the lobby. I didn't realize they also do photography sessions, and they had a display of stuffed animals for the heartbeat bears--which I was excited to purchase. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes before being brought back. Since this wasn't my first elective ultrasound, I knew image quality really depends on the baby's position. Because of that, I purchased the Golden Memories package so I could return for a re-scan if needed. However, the way the package is described feels like an up-charge, and the wording seems designed to limit the ability to actually qualify for a re-scan. Additionally, I had to return to have the recording for my heartbeat bear redone because the first one was muffled. There was plenty of free parking. You park in the back, and this location was on the second floor. You can take the stairs or the elevator. When we got there I had to fill out some information quickly. And then we were taken right into the ultrasound room. The tech was very nice. Maher tried her hardest to get a good picture of my little guy. My guy was just not feeling the ultrasound that day he had his hands in front of his face the whole time. She was able to sneak in a few pictures. We got the stuffed animal with the baby's heart beat in it. Which was nice to have. And she gave us like 6 pictures and she was going to send us the 8k pictures through email in a few days. The place was clean. Staff were friendly. The session goes by quickly. You are able to bring people to your session so they can see the ultrasound as well. read more

I had a great time! I did not have to wait a long time to be seen and there was plenty space for my family. The technician was very sweet and answered any questions. My stubborn baby did not want to move their hand from the face but the tech definitely tried her best to move it. read more

The Ultrasound tech is great! I've forgotten her name but it starts with a C! I went in today @ 14 weeks, 5 days, and she was pleasant and very patient. My husband and I came here for a 3D/4D ultrasound, I was 29w4 days when we came and we haven't seen our baby girl since our 21 week anatomy scan so we figured we would try this place out due to the good reviews. Initially, the ultrasound tech was nice however she was very aggressive during the ultrasound. My baby was apparently asleep and had her foot and arm in front of her face and the tech was aggressively shaking my belly numerous times throughout the appt to try and get the baby to move, it was so uncomfortable and at one point I even asked her if that would hurt the baby because it was kind of hurting me.!! I understand some techs might make you move and gently shake the belly to get baby to move positions, but the way this tech did it was not professional at all. And after the appt, she didn't even wipe off the ultrasound gel from my belly like all other techs do. The package we got was the one that included the video and pics on a cd, when I tried watching the video, it was such crappy quality, and then seeing how many times she shook my belly HARD (definitely over 15 times during my 25 min appt) it was so hard to see on the video, my poor baby girl:( I would not come back and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

I passed out during the 3D ultrasound & before I passed out I only got 1 good picture of the baby after I passed out the rest of the pictures came out blurry & you couldn't even tell what you were looking at . I got the $50 package but because I didn't get the $75 one she wouldn't re do them . The $50 ultrasound was to get the gender of the baby , we already knew the gender . We just wanted to see our baby . The paramedics came & all . But she still wouldn't redo them even tho all the pictures came out blurry after I passed out . read more

Let me start off saying from the moment I came in I was not greeted nor told to hold a moment no instructions were said. So I waited at the front desk for about 3-4 minutes. One of the spanish ladies came out from the back and just looked at me and didn't say anything. So I waited a minute then asked if there's anything I need to sign far as a sign in sheet or anything and she gave me an attitude about it and put her hands up and said "HOLD ON WAIT A MINUTE" with her hands being up how rude and disrespectful can you be??! After she finally came back to the front she gave me the clipboard to sign which I did. Then asked if I wanted to purchase anything and I was confused because I didn't get any information about what she was referring too so I said no. Then I waited 20 minutes until I was finally called for my ultrasound mind you I got there on time for my appointment came in a little early because the confirmation email said to arrive 15 minutes early which I did and I wasn't taken care of till 20 minutes in for my appointment... The ultrasound lady was a lot a bit rude I kept asking her questions about the baby and she seemed frustrated. She said the baby was hiding under the placenta so she cannot get a good view of the baby to give me my 3-D ultrasound pictures. I said ok. But is that normal that baby is hiding under placenta? She said "WHY WOULDN'T IT BE?" I said im just asking sorry I didn't know if it was normal or not". She said yes it's normal. Drinks lots of water.. I said ok. But also she kept freaking me out saying my baby wasn't moving and she said she didn't know why the baby wasn't moving. But we heard a heartbeat and I said oh no is that normal or ? She said she didn't know. Mind you my anxiety was already over the top not once she said the baby was ok not to worry. I felt so uncomfortable being there. She also applied so much pressure on my stomach it made my stomach feel very sore and painful this morning. I feel like you guys need a better staff with education, and professional behavior. Everything about the place was unprofessional and they need more people who has a better education who can explain stuff better to you. I will never go back to this place ever again. This place has been such a waste of my time for each occasion I've gone. The first time was very rushed, and I was called a liar when they couldn't find anything. Instead of refunding me or offering another session for free like the website claims, they refused saying that isn't their policy. Several months go by, and at that point I've been to several other elective ultrasound places, so I had a general idea of what to expect. We return here thinking maybe the experience would be different. It wasn't. It was actually worse. The owner wanted to argue with me about how far along I was, wanted to argue pricing, was very irritated we were even there, and treated the entire session like it was a chore for her rather than a job she actually enjoyed. She was very rough, she did not take her time, mumbled to us and we kept having to ask what she was saying since we truly could not hear nor understand her, and then she just gave us a handful of pictures she printed and didn't say anything else. I had to ask if we were good to leave since we really had no clue what was happening. When reading other reviews, it's clear they will want to argue their side of the story. If a woman is even a tiny bit plus size, they claim they have to be rough to find the baby. That had not been my experience anywhere else. I highly suggest literally any other place for an ultrasound. This is supposed to be a fun and exciting time for you - and this is NOT what you will feel when coming here. read more
