Eastridge was my last hope and just when I was about to call it quits, my eyes locked in on Mikayla's Kids Boutique. Beautiful dresses of all styles and colors really make the establishment pop. I was greeted by a lovely young lady and I asked about any kind of black colored dresses they may have for toddler. She unfortunately replied with MKB not carrying anything in that color but worked really hard to find a matching potential to my mauve colored dress. We couldn't find anything that matched to a T but we walked away with something absolutely magical. Cost is kind of high but the quality and designs definitely help. Bonus points because the gal mentioned special ordering are an option. If you provide the business with a decent amount of time, they will try their best to find whatever item you need and have it shipped. 4 stars!! MKB really came in clutch when it came to me and my procrastination!!!!

The clothes here are actually a decent quality and price! I main sweaters and can get them here for $7 cheaper than other places while also getting a good quality. The only problem I have is that the layout of the store changes so often that I can almost guarantee I'll be confused walking around trying to find certain clothes with following trips. The cashier today was nice too! My checkout quick and easy- the person working didn't have a sour attitude/tone and that definitely ended my visit to H&M on a good note!

She's annoyed if you even ask her a question about stock or to use the dressing room. She answers your questions in a condescending tone. We see said manager come back and lounge around nearby stores and horsing around with other employees. We approach her to ask her to pick up the phone in her store which, again, she is RIGHT NEXT TO. She says "No wait till we open again." Girl, bye. The store is randomly closed early some days?? It has no other employees on a Saturday. The Eastridge mall is located in the Evergreen district of East San Jose. It offers an AMC movie…read moretheatre, department stores and restaurants. They have parking all around the outer area of the mall. We were there on Sunday, having lunch at the Red Robin. After lunch we decided to walk around the mall. It's a nice size mall. They have a Macy's department store, a nice sized Daiso store, a very small Miniso, and many other stores. I expected the mall to be full of people but it was quite the opposite. There was barely anyone there. It's was a hot day outside and most people like to come to the mall and cool off. I think the mall was empty because they did not have the Air Conditioner running at all. It's so hot in there. How do you expect people to come and shop if it's hot inside? It was in the 90's outside and shopping here was just uncomfortable. I wanted to get a cold iced tea from Starbucks. We walk the that counter and they were closed. How disappointing. The only good things we experienced was the Daiso and the Mini Cat Town Ceter. I will probably never come back here again. There are way too many other malls in the South Bay that have excellent cooling systems.

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THE FITTING ROOMS!!! - MAJOR PRIVACY CONCERN !!…read more I'm posting this to bring awareness to a major privacy concern at this store. The moment I walked into the fitting room area, I immediately spotted a high mounted security camera that was facing directly toward the fitting rooms. The camera was placed so high up that it could easily see over the top of the dressing rooms making it possible to record people while they're changing. Let me be clear: if you can see the camera from inside the fitting room, the camera can absolutely see you too. I felt completely exposed and instantly uncomfortable. I had to ask the store owner to move me to a room that wasn't directly in view of the camera. When I brought it up, the owner told me the cameras "cut off" at the fitting room doors but based on the camera angle and placement, it's extremely hard to believe that. Whether intentional or not, there is zero sense of privacy here. Just knowing the camera was aimed in that direction made me feel violated. Please be aware and protect your privacy. You should never have to worry about being on camera while half naked in a fitting room. I strongly urge management to reevaluate the placement of their cameras, because customer comfort and safety should always come first. The BBB WILL BE CONTACTED and so will consumers affairs because there should be NO CAMERAS FACED DIRECTLY INTO THE AREA YOUR CHANGING IN!

This review is primarily based on today's visit though. This location has always been busy with people yelling or talking very loudly to each other. Despite all the commotions, majority of the racks were pretty organize and stocked in my opinion. I've never seen it so organize in the past so I was pretty shock myself. I was able to find quite a few items - all items were $15.99 or less. Definitely a steal compare to the mall. The floor and fitting room are not in the best condition so watch out for that. The line is long per usual and customers are not wrong when they said they literally had only 2-3 cashiers. One mainly focus on the returns/exchange. If you're in a rush or are impatient, please don't come here. You'll definitely be leaving empty handed or angry. I wish I had asked for the cashier's name today because she was great! Very friendly, quick with all transactions, and asked how the customers are doing. Either she really like her job or she was having a very good day. I left the store a happy customer!

I've been meaning to pick up some shoes for my husband but just haven't found the time. As soon as I walked in, I was quickly greeted by all the staff -- I think there were a total of 4 team members on the floor (this was on July 4th). A younger sales guy approached me and asked if he could help me look for anything specific. I explained that I wanted some comfortable Jordan's that were all black or mostly black. He helped me narrow down some options and I ended up purchasing the black Air Max 90s. The store was well kept, the staff were easygoing, and I was in and out within 15 minutes.
