She's annoyed if you even ask her a question about stock or to use the dressing room. She answers your questions in a condescending tone. We accidentally left our phone in the store and came back to get it just to find the store closed for a lunch break. Okay, no worries, we can wait! We see said manager come back and lounge around nearby stores and horsing around with other employees. We approach her to ask her to pick up the phone in her store which, again, she is RIGHT NEXT TO. She says "No wait till we open again." Girl, bye. The store is randomly closed early some days?? It has no other employees on a Saturday. The moment I walked into the fitting room area, I immediately spotted a high mounted security camera that was facing directly toward the fitting rooms. The camera was placed so high up that it could easily see over the top of the dressing rooms making it possible to record people while they're changing. Let me be clear: if you can see the camera from inside the fitting room, the camera can absolutely see you too. I felt completely exposed and instantly uncomfortable. I had to ask the store owner to move me to a room that wasn't directly in view of the camera. When I brought it up, the owner told me the cameras "cut off" at the fitting room doors but based on the camera angle and placement, it's extremely hard to believe that. Whether intentional or not, there is zero sense of privacy here. Just knowing the camera was aimed in that direction made me feel violated. Please be aware and protect your privacy. You should never have to worry about being on camera while half naked in a fitting room. I strongly urge management to reevaluate the placement of their cameras, because customer comfort and safety should always come first. The BBB WILL BE CONTACTED and so will consumers affairs because there should be NO CAMERAS FACED DIRECTLY INTO THE AREA YOUR CHANGING IN!
