I called to get a quote yesterday and Brett was able to come to my house the same day to give me a quote. His crew is pretty busy, so we were going to have to schedule it for two weeks out. I really wanted it done this week if possible. I asked Brett to please call me if anyone cancelled. He called a few hours later and he had an opening for today. This is a quality company. Brett, the owner, has a great work ethic. He's professional and friendly. Responded same day for quote, told us exactly how they would do the job. Arrived right on time and it only took 2 guys just a bit over an hour for both inside and outside windows, even with vaccuuming the tracts first. When they finished, the windows sparkled! No streaks. ZERO STARS-DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. When I spoke with Brett for an estimate he was a disorganized mess. That should have been my first clue. I told him I had a two-story home and how many windows there are. A price was discussed and a date was set a month out. Fast forward to today... he showed up claiming to not know it was two-story and stating he doesn't have a ladder tall enough. He pretty much gave up and said he couldn't do the job. I'm disgusted and let him know such (some choice words were said). He has wasted my time and now who knows when I'll be able to get my windows on someone else's schedule.
