I took the SUV back, no one seemed to understand English, and I had to fuss with several people for them to agree to repair the problem. Upon looking at the fender repair closely, I noticed that the fender was only patched; the fender was never cut out and replaced, this is why the fender's Lip started to crack. At this point, I realised that I had been scammed. I asked why the fender was not done as quoted and got a I dont know response. Pick up my SUV after 2 days. In February 2026 I noticed rust ovet both the fenf lips. I went back several times and was told there is no warranty and I need to speak to Luis, the owner. After several visits at different times, LUIS is not there. I am meeting with an attorney to take this shop to small claims court. KEEP AWAY from this shop. The other time they installed it, the lubricant spilled all over the wheel and created rust in the first week. The service was much better the second time around. Consistency is key!
