The employees are all hockey players and are always happy to answer my dumb newbie questions. I took up hockey a year ago and they outfitted me in gear without trying to up sell. They could have talked me into a bunch of expensive stuff, but instead they sold me just what I needed. For a small pro shop, they have surprisingly good prices and selection. This place is fantastic! They do lots of stuff for skating, the community, kids and teens…read more I have been here 2 times with my girl scouts. They have done a beginning skate class for us. It was easy to schedule. I sent an email and gave some dates/times and they picked one. After that had to pay the fee for class in advance. And then we got to wait until class day! The teachers are great and super passionate about what they do. My scouts felt super comfortable with them. For class, they leant them boards and helmets and then pads to whoever wanted them. They offer some open skate times, women/girls only, 30+ night, beginner class and more. They also have a small skate shop in their building. Its the only indoor skate park in fort collins. So on dates that its cold outside its supposedly busier than when its nice out. There is not a ton of parking so just be forewarned.
