    Buffaloaded Fries, oh so good.
    Steven M.

It was the first day of October and I found myself at the Oktoberfest celebration at the Orleans casino that only had one actual booth for German food.....which is super strange for a German festival. After walking around for a bit I stumbled upon the Lit Wings truck and knew I needed to try the "Buffaloaded" fries they had featured on the tent. I placed my order and was handed a super hot bowl of absolutely delicious looking french fries covered in blue cheese and buffalo chicken chunks. I waited a few minutes for these fresh bad boys to cool down, but I fell in love after just one bite. I ordered the large which was $15 (a little overpriced, but it's a food truck so you kind of know what you are getting into when you go to one) and it had a plentiful amount of both french fries and Buffalo chicken pieces. Although that was the only thing I actually tried, this truck also features chicken strips, chicken wings, elotes fries, and various other things that all looked pretty dang good as well. Overall, the Lit Wings food truck saved the day for a super lackluster festival by not only getting my business, but my girlfriends also. If you see this truck somewhere, check it out, the Buffaloaded fries will NOT let you down.

My husband ordered the buffalo chicken mixed in with fries. Really tasty, especially with the fries. My husband really enjoyed it! We talked to Kevin who was really nice.. very friendly. Gotta try more stuff next time. Can't wait!

Lit wings was literally ... Lit Wings. We got to try their wings and fries at the Downtown Summerlin Vintage Market Days. My friends and I ordered some lemon pepper wings, garlic fries, and elote fries. Everything was fresh, crispy, delicious, and reasonably priced. The elote fries were my favorite. If you see this food truck around, I recommend getting wings AND fries.

THEE SPOT for wings! You can't go wrong with their Buffalo or Lemon Pepper! Service is also excellent!

The Sweet heat Thai sauce is amazing. Finally a wing place on base. Can't wait to try the other flavor lineups like garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, sweet-and-sour, honey barbecue and mango habanero just to name a few.

It was a far drive, but it doesn't matter how far the drive was, the food was amazing! Doesn't matter where you are just go if you're thinking about it. I got the 10 pc. Combo and picked two "lit" flavors being garlic parm and spicy Korean. I chose to get elote fries and ofc it was great. The service was exceptionally great and the food was delicious. Go and try it. I wish I took pics but I was too busy devouring.

OMG!!! Lit Wings was my job today for hospital appreciation week. I must say the food was amazing and portions were spot on. I had the Sweet Thai wings and Garlic Noodles. The chicken was cooked perfectly. It wasn't overly sauced with the right balance of sweet and heat. But those NOODLES tho!!!! Hands down the best Garlic Noodles I've had so far. Great job

This is the cleanest and most attentive food truck I have ever ordered from. The wings were amazing both the buffalo and salt and pepper flavors. I also ordered the garlic noodles and they were perfection. Thank you so much. We were able to enjoy spending some time at one of the local breweries. The food came out hot and delicious.

Awesome crispy Buffalo wings and salt and pepper wings. Very tasty and great service. My wife had the garlic noodles which I tasted and loved as well. Definitely recommend hitting them up if you see them around town

Imagine my surprise when I learned "Lit Wings" was floating around Henderson Hospital right lunch time. It's like they planned planned on causing my lunch time wing craze to go into overload. First off the staff is super friendly and a pleasure to talk too. Outside of the wings they were very informative on food truck events and future spots that mobile delights will be at. As the food goes I went with the Traditional Buffalo Wings with a side of garlic fries, Both were on point and full of flavor and complimented each other nicely. Lots of sauce and meet on the wings with plenty of garlic to offset the slight kick of spice. Needless to say they will definitely be on my food truck go to list whenever I happen to stumble across then.

Soft opening was on September 1, 2025. They had their grand opening on October 3, 2025, the same day when they had their liquor license. They offer sake, wine, beer, and san miguel. Menu has a great selection of starters, soup, premiums, house specialty, tofu dish, noodle stir fry, noodle soup, fried rice, desserts and beverages. The Wor Wonton Soup ($18) is excellent and incredibly delicious! Soup broth is nicely seasoned and flavorful, has four big portions of pork & shrimp wontons, tender chicken, succulent shrimp, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and carrots, it usually includes beef but I ask to omit, and I love how they're able to accommodate. It's so nice to meet Anthony, he's VP, and came by to my table to check in, asked how everything was, he's very welcoming and personable. I also met the head chef, Eduardo, he was the one who prepared the soup, it's superb! I wish more people know about this fantastic restaurant. Not a lot of people know about this hidden gem. Everyone in the staff is kind and accommodating, including Juan, he gave helpful directions where to find them. The dining area is immaculate, has high ceiling, and table seating can accommodate up to 250 people. This is not a traditional Chinese restaurant. Ace Dragon Wok primarily focus on guest curated experiences, and can customize any order especially for dietary needs for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. The chef is well versed in Pan-Asian inspired cuisines, and everything is customizable to the region of preference, such as Malaysian, Indonesian, Tawainese, Japanese (excluding sushi), Filipino, Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Korean. This is all based on reservation, a minimum of two hours advance notice is needed before opening to allow the chef adequate time to prepare a customization menu. They also make their own five spice and chili oil. Service from Joaquin, Anthony, and Juan is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Joaquin recommends to try Malay Curry Lime Salmon, it's a spicy dish but they can modify to make it not spicy which is great!

We were here specifically for Restaurant Week and I have to say, good a really good deal considering the prices of some of the items we got. The Wagyu tartare alone was $52 already, and we spent $90 on a 3-course meal for RW. We had crispy rice tuna, Wagyu tartare, Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, cinnamon roll, and the smores cake. To drink, I had an old fashioned with a Japanese whisky. It was nice and oaky. The wife had the she so spicy which was excellent (I had a sip). Everything we ate was divine; the only thing we were a little disappointed in was the consistency of the crispy rice. We wished it would have been a bit more sushi rice consistency on the inside, but it was a bit too soggy. Everything else was amazing though, especially the sea bass. The restaurant itself is so pretty, and we happened to get seated in the instagrammable area with the greenery. We are locals, so don't really care much for a strip view, but the restaurant does have a nice one. Would we come back here and pay à la carte next time? They also allow corkage for only $35, so that was another money win. The service was excellent but the food just did not impress us, except for the burrata which was excellent. The tuna crispy rice was fine, a bit bland and definitely needed soy sauce. The pork gyoza was loaded with way too many bonito flakes, we actually left 1 of the 4 on the plate, just not into it. Lastly, the duck stone pot. We had to send this back which I hate doing, but we both could not take more than a bite. The rice was very hard and undercooked, it had a bad aftertaste that we just couldn't put a finger on, and it even looked unappealing overall (basically a pot of mush). The server was kind enough to remove the stone pot from our bill and we opted to not have dessert. This hotel has way too many fantastic restaurants, so we likely wouldn't return here.

Saw the menu and thought it would be perfect to grab a couple of dishes to share. We started with the caviar buns. While the chicken was crispy, it was slightly dry, and the flavor completely overpowered the delicate caviar, making it difficult to appreciate what should have been the star ingredient. It totally did not worth the piece. The pork belly buns were also a little disappointing as the pork lacked the tenderness and juiciness I was hoping for. The ginger and scallion noodles with shrimp had a nice al dente texture, and the shrimp were the highlight as it was well prepared and flavorful. However, the overall seasoning felt a bit underwhelming, and the dish could have used a stronger depth of flavor. The standout dish of the night was definitely the rice cakes. They had a great contrast of textures, with a lightly fried exterior and a wonderfully chewy interior. The sauce was well-balanced, with just the right amount of spice and sweetness without becoming overpowering. Overall, there were some enjoyable elements, especially the rice cakes and shrimp, but a few of the signature items fell short of expectations given the price point.

I totally understand it's probably to reduce food waste, but it doesn't really feel like a true buffet experience when you can't just grab what you want yourself. Part of the fun of going to a buffet is walking around and trying a little bit of everything at your own pace. Food-wise, I was pleasantly surprised! The sushi was actually really fresh, and the tonkotsu ramen was another standout for me. That being said, I'd probably avoid the oysters. I'm pretty sure a few of my friends ended up getting food poisoning after eating them, so I'd personally skip those next time. One thing that really stood out to me was the service. So being that they didn't have literally half of what we wanted to order is why I wanted to give a 2 star. The staff is AMAZING!! Tammi Jo was our server and she was so fun! Chef came out to talk to us (I want to say it was Chef Grover, but don't quote me) and it's obvious he has love for this food. The staff is why I wanted to leave more stars. The food we did get to try was really really good!! We decided to split a pork belly and a duck bao (I'm a pork belly fan, my husband is a duck fan). The pork belly was excellent, but that duck bao was next level!!! I'm not the biggest fan of duck but I'll order that again before I order the pork belly. The duck skin was CRUNCHY, the meat was perfect mid rare and so juicy. The buns on all of them were perfectly steamed and super soft. The pork belly was also super tender and juicy....I could take or leave the peanuts. I liked the texture but the flavor did nothing.
