I wouldn't do business with Coolehome as a tenant because they are bullies, especially Philip…read moreGeorgiades the Operations Manager. They didn't return my deposit, they simply made up all these phony receipts and charges and said that they were to paint and clean the home which somehow amounted to $2800. The unit was throughly cleaned and the carpets washed before the move out inspection. They should know what normal "wear and tear" is under California law, but they have their own definition, so beware you won't get your deposit back. I suggest no paying your last month's rent with them in order that they have to demand payment from you at the end and not the other way around. Now I have to waste my time and file a small claims lawsuit against this disreputable company, specifically, Philip (Trump style bully) Georgiades the Operations Manager. I will sue the owners, the trust, and put a lien on the property. So BEWARE, BEWARE,BEWARE, BEWARE, don't pay your last months rent with this management company.

The Coole Home team is absolutely amazing in every aspect of what they do. From day 1 we felt part of the Coole Home Team family and we knew we were in great hands. I highly recommend working with Phil and his team on any real estate needs you may have. It's very rare to find this level of service in such a saturated industry, BUT look no further you couldn't be in better hands. Thanks so much Phil and the entire Coole Home Team!! You guys are awesome!!!!

Our HOA worked with Arrow Asset Management for over 3 years, and while there were periods of…read moreresponsiveness and greatness, overall service consistency declined over the last year. During that year, I personally referred Arrow to multiple HOA presidents and spent several days handling referral calls on their behalf, which contributed to the company adding a number of new accounts. At the time, I raised concerns that growth without corresponding staffing and oversight could affect service levels. Janeth and Caden served as our primary manager during a period marked by frequent staff turnover and operational gaps. We experienced missed or lightly supported meetings, delayed follow-up on post-meeting action items, and slower responsiveness on time-sensitive issues. As turnover increased, continuity and accountability became ongoing challenges. Several maintenance and financial items took longer than expected to resolve, including common-area repairs and aspects of a loan process that carried meaningful impact for our homeowners. During this period, our account was supported by multiple assistant and full-time managers, which appeared to contribute to the lack of continuity. Based on our experience, associations considering Arrow-particularly those facing major projects or financing, may want to ask detailed questions about staffing stability, oversight, and communication expectations before proceeding. They are the best we have had compared to our last, but our board feels that they may be entering past management habits.
