    Very frustrating. I'm a builder so I understand the process. 1)They keep the homecoin agents name in the listing and put the sellers name in the notes. Not everyone catches that. One agent said that they had to drive to the house to get my number from the sign. Not sure how many didn't bother chasing me down. The homecoin agents name and number is in the listing and you can't change that. And, their number must not be a number anyone responds to. 2) you will only be listed on MLS, not FMLS. In Atlanta most agents use FMLS. One agent said she found out about the house because their client found it on Zillow. Not what you want to hear. I suspect that homcoin will respond to this review and tell me how wrong I am. Perhaps they are right, but this was my experience.

    How do I list in Florida, Indian River County? Is Beaches best to list on?

    Indian River County has a small MLS, but we are not a member of it. We can list you on a nearby MLS, such as SE FL which would also get your listing to appear on the major real estate websites (realtor.com, zillow, redfin, etc).

    Does the listing appear as a FSBO in Zillow or does it appear within the same listings that agents post?
