Explained I what I wanted to Karen and she showed me some left over material that she had in stock and could give me a good price on . Decided to go with it . Workmanship was excellent on the cushions , the problem was the material used began to basically peel away from a backing material it was attached too and quickly became unsightly and unusable . Went back and had one of the four cushions redone with same material thinking maybe some how it was something I may have done . Within a few months it too started to peel and the others had become unusable . Explained to Karen of the situation and how it was imperative that a more quality material be used . She showed me a marine quality covering and agreed to reupholster the cushions at no charge ! This business stands behind their work and and pleased with the new product .

Dropped off my canvas and helm seats, was told it would be ready by end of the week. 3 weeks later…read moreafter 12 trips to this shop I get my canvas and seats and the seats are falling apart, the canvas zipper is sown on backwards, the straps are on the wrong side. They told me they used a hot glue gun to glue my seats together! I returned the canvas for repair they said come get it tomorrow, I show up and they haven't touched it. They say come back in an hour and it's still not done 2 hours later. They dont accept phone calls and refuse to call you. I've wasted so much time driving back and forth I feel like a hostage. I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for a zipper to get down back on and I'm never coming back again.

There was a slight problem with the firmness of the cushions and that was addressed, but the cushion manufacture sent new padding to Sew Posh. Since then we have yet to receive the new padding. Ari also took two of our pillows to make new cushions on two chairs. It is now March and have not received the new padding or our pillows. Our phone calls have gone unanswered. This is no way to run a business.
