They were extremely helpful with the insurance company as well. The insurance company was trying to lowball my claim and not pay the amount needed to clean the area and make it safe. Brandon spoke to the adjuster and convinced them it was a much bigger situation then they were trying to claim. After all that, they were able to replace my deck that was destroyed in 2 days with a beautiful deck. Not to mention they did all this without me paying any money up front. They were patient knowing I was waiting for my insurance to pay me. You know how good a company is when they need to react during a crisis. This company helped me deal with a horrible situation and I don't know what I would have done without them.

I used to call them the Jolly Green Giant Trees since they seemed to touch the sky. Lester Tree Service did a fantastic job of taking them down. It was clear they knew what they were doing as it seemed like they had the first tree down in minutes. There were three men that showed up at our house. They were friendly and cleaned up all the extra mess after the trees were down. They even chased my cat for me that got out. They did very good work for not as much money that other companies quoted for taking the trees down. The only thing I would change is to let the people know what day they were coming. We didn't have everything cleared out for them to do their job but they were kind about that and just moved objects for us. I highly recommend Lester Tree Service.

They were very competitive with their price, but the difference is the results. We moved into our new-to-us home last year. The previous owners were apparently not concerned about the state of their lawn, but it only took a few treatments from Custom to remedy the situation. Within 6 months, a friend of mine introduced me to a friend of theirs who lived near me - neither of us knew each other - but after i told him where our house was, he quickly responded "oh, the one with the nice grass" Disclaimer: Their treatments are so effective that the grass will grow. Quickly. If you hate mowing, you might want to go with a lesser company, but if you're willing to mow properly, you will have the nicest lawn on the block.

Office Staff. Truly the "face" of the company…read more Could do way better than what they have answering the phone. Wow. This was my very first time talking to a tree removal business with Arborists. The person answering the phone is not creating a welcoming feeling. She speaks is such a condescending tone. I was sorry that I called and bothered her at her job (sarcasm) She spoke very fast without any emotion and seemed so annoyed when I asked questions. She didn't even let me finish my reason for calling when she barked at me " Address., Name. " She made me feel as if she was way to busy to deal with a customer. (the reason she has this job) Then when I mentioned that I wanted them to answer a couple questions about some ornamentals, she replied "that will have to be a seperate appointment" I asked why I had to have a second appointment for just some questions. She did not reply. I just wanted to get off the phone. UGH. I have not received a call back regarding any quote appointment, etc. I will not use this company or recommend them. They should rethink how they allow office staff to speak to customers. I am sure I am not the only one that has experienced the attitude.

Adler & Sons was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm really glad I called them. I recently…read morebought a property and had every size tree you can imagine needing removed - from tons of hollies and underbrush to several very large oak trees. The scope of the job was huge (at least from my perspective). What impressed me most was the professionalism and obvious expertise. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered excellent recommendations, and made safety a clear priority. The overall job truly surpassed my expectations. Dan and his crew were also just good people - respectful, hardworking, and they treated my property like it was their own. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed I felt it was worth sharing. Highly recommend this outfit!

Adler & Sons Tree Services was founded in 1978. This business provides both residential services…read more(e.g., tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, and lot clearing) and commercial services (e.g., development clearing, row/right-of-way clearing, and land clearing). They are an ISA-certified member and employ their own in-house arborist. My friend had previously hired Adler & Sons to prune her trees, and she highly recommended them for my trees. On the business's website, I filled out a form to ask for an estimate to trim my few trees. A few days later, a very courteous employee visited my property to view the trees and to give an estimate. The cost to trim, thin, shape, and deadwood my 3.5 trees (one tree is on a property line) and to haul away debris was $1,000. Of course, the cost to trim other customers' trees would vary based on the size and condition of the trees, any nearby structures, the season of year, etcetera. A couple of weeks later, workers arrived at my property to perform the work. They spoke to me very courteously. They parked one of their trucks on top of protective pads in my driveway. Two other trucks were parked in the street. For over two hours, the employees used saws and a bucket truck to trim dead branches off my trees, and they used rakes to clean debris off the ground. Now my trees and yard look great. I now consider Adler & Sons to be my #1 tree company, and I highly recommend that other people hire them. Please note that this business also sells its mulch, filter-sock and other compost, sawdust, screened topsoil, and aggregates such as gravel, limestone, and crushed concrete.

My neighbor and I went in on a tree removal project and I couldn't be happier with the experience. - Fairly priced compared to some of the other seemingly outrageous estimates I've seen. - Communicates! It seems so obvious but somehow incredibly rare to find a company that communicates clearly and frequently. We got pushed a day out out (understandably) because of some urgent projects due to a storm the other night. They called first thing on the scheduled morning and set expectations that they may not make it till the afternoon or following day. Called back later that morning and rescheduled for the following day. Was never left wondering or chasing down updates. - Great cleanup! Other then the trees they took with them, looks like they were never here! Will be a future loyal customer and would highly recommend!
