    My husband was fitted for a tux for our sons wedding. We arrive on date they give you. 3 days…read morebefore wedding. He tried his shirt on and when he raised his arms went to his elbows! It's 45 minutes away and they said come on fri to pick up new shirt. We both worked and had decorating etc for wedding. We came up with our own remedy my nephew would pick it up. The where is part is it on the day of the wedding my husband put on his tux with his new shirt. Looks good. Took the dogs out and I was bending over to get something for the dogs I looked at my husband pants and it was very visible a hole in his crotch! It isn't like it could be seen. When he tried it on of course she didn't look at his crotch he just assume that you paid 200 and some dollars for Tux for a few days that they are in good shape. He has sew his own pants. when we brought it back no oh that's terrible we're sorry. They said we should've brought it to be fixed. Really two hours before the wedding drive 45 minutes each way very unprofessional will never go there again. If you do check your crotch of your tux

Apparently the policy of the store when speaking to the store owner is that the Tux must be returned to the store the following day of prom (Sunday) or returned to the high school on Monday. Our son returned the Tux on Monday in person at the store. He was charged $40 for this. When speaking with the store owner (Kathy) she said "I'm sorry that your son is not able to read" and was quite rude and not willing to work with us at all. How rude is it to insult someones child when receiving a customer complaint? Especially when the parents are asking them to be understanding since the Tux was still returned the same day the high school students returned their clothes to the school. It is crazy how important $40 is to a store and their willingness to loose a client instead of providing good customer service and be more understanding of high school age students not fully understanding what all the policies are. If I were you, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This is not a matter of $40 as much as it about poor customer service and the principles of the owner.

They had such a wide variety of dresses in different price ranges, and I loved seeing different styles on myself. The shop is beautiful and filled with natural light, and there is space for your crew to sit and relax. They were also so accommodating to our group and letting us come earlier to our appointment.     Went for my first wedding dress shopping appointment here today! I had very little idea of what I…read morewanted and am slightly picky / indecisive. I also had some jitters and was a bit overwhelmed with all the options! But Abby, who helped us, was great. She worked with me from when I walked in until the very end! I'm very confused at the low rating on Yelp for this place. I felt comfortable and taken care of! Some people commented on the no shoe policy - I am glad bc if I have to walk around in socks, I don't want shoes walking in there as well. And some comments on them not pulling and clipping the dresses...Abby did clip the straps gently as needed. But as someone who bought my dress off the rack, I'm glad they're taken good care of! A tip would be to wear maybe a stick bra so you don't show through the dress as well as the person you work with does help you in and out of all dresses but I felt completely comfortable with her. The more important thing I wish would've been told to me is to wear shape wear! A nice updo would've been smart as well because my hair was in the way a lot. A few things I would've changed is some sort of champagne or even a non-alcoholic drink to "pop" - although I did get the "I said yes" feel from walking down their aisle (they even have bouquets you can hold to truly envision). I would've liked them to have more readily available bra cups to borrow while trying on dresses as mine doesn't come with them and it was hard to get a clear picture of how it's look without proper cups to place in. One other thing is I bought off the rack but you don't get a discount for that, and I have two buttons missing so technically it wasn't able to be worn without being fixed so would've been nice to get some discount for that. I did get the "I said yes" or something discount for getting a dress at the first appointment. Abby was sweet though and went looking for and found a button for us in the back. Overall, great experience! I really liked Abby who we worked with. She is the one who pulled the dress I said yes to based on what I liked and didn't from the dresses I tried on. The price was fair, I found most dressed were between $1,500 and $2,500 but good quality. I didn't feel pressured to buy accessories and I feel Abby respected our price range when pulling dresses. And she was great about allowing us to take pictures and videos, even holding it in place for some and giving some tips and pointers. This is a great place to visit for you wedding dress needs - can't speak to ordering a dress or alterations as I bought off the rack and my mom does alterations. Now to get the dress altered perfectly to my body and await the big day!
