    My husband was fitted for a tux for our sons wedding. We arrive on date they give you. 3 days…read morebefore wedding. He tried his shirt on and when he raised his arms went to his elbows! It's 45 minutes away and they said come on fri to pick up new shirt. We both worked and had decorating etc for wedding. We came up with our own remedy my nephew would pick it up. The where is part is it on the day of the wedding my husband put on his tux with his new shirt. Looks good. Took the dogs out and I was bending over to get something for the dogs I looked at my husband pants and it was very visible a hole in his crotch! It isn't like it could be seen. When he tried it on of course she didn't look at his crotch he just assume that you paid 200 and some dollars for Tux for a few days that they are in good shape. He has sew his own pants. when we brought it back no oh that's terrible we're sorry. They said we should've brought it to be fixed. Really two hours before the wedding drive 45 minutes each way very unprofessional will never go there again. If you do check your crotch of your tux

Apparently the policy of the store when speaking to the store owner is that the Tux must be returned to the store the following day of prom (Sunday) or returned to the high school on Monday. Our son returned the Tux on Monday in person at the store. He was charged $40 for this. When speaking with the store owner (Kathy) she said "I'm sorry that your son is not able to read" and was quite rude and not willing to work with us at all. How rude is it to insult someones child when receiving a customer complaint? Especially when the parents are asking them to be understanding since the Tux was still returned the same day the high school students returned their clothes to the school. It is crazy how important $40 is to a store and their willingness to loose a client instead of providing good customer service and be more understanding of high school age students not fully understanding what all the policies are. If I were you, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This is not a matter of $40 as much as it about poor customer service and the principles of the owner.

They had such a wide variety of dresses in different price ranges, and I loved seeing different styles on myself. The shop is beautiful and filled with natural light, and there is space for your crew to sit and relax. They were also so accommodating to our group and letting us come earlier to our appointment.     We had a great experience picking out the dress but from there it went south fast. We decided to…read morepurchase a dress so with one of the assistants they took all the necessary measurements and ordered the dress. Several months after selecting and paying for our dress it finally came in. Super excited we went for a fitting and found the dress to fit like a glove everywhere but the bust. Not by a little but by and amount the ruined the dress completely and would have made it the most uncomfortable day ever trying not to have a breast completely fall out. It was so distasteful for what should have been a very happy day. The girl helping said nothing even though my daughter was near tears. I went back later and purchased some fabric to completely remake the top of the dress and speak to the manager. No help at all - just here's your dress have a nice day. She insisted my daughter wanted a size 4 no matter what - how does that even make sense. She has had many elegant dresses that have needed to be taken in and she understands that process very well - she also understands you can't just let it out if its too small. One of the things she liked most about the original dress was the coverage - but as with most dresses that a size 4 girl tries on they had the back pinched together to fit and the top had more material. The job of the shop is to get you the best fit - if your bride is saying she likes the coverage you let her know her measurements area a size 4 but you are ordering a larger size so she will have the coverage she loves in that dress. Thankfully we have an excellent tailor and she completely remade the top of the dress. This sale could have been salvaged with a good review but just really poor customer service, communication and accountability. I would love to post pictures but my daughter would be very upset to have pictures like that posted.
