Lisa has done my hair for years, and she is the best. I'm a natural blonde that has gone from dark to light and back again (I recommend this for nobody else!) and Lisa has always made me happy. She has never treated my hair as a job but has always taken her time listened to me and accommodated with my hair health as first priority. Her scheduling is always on point and she hasn't been late one time in all these years. I've followed her from salon to salon and when if I ever move away I'll come back just for her. Give her a try you won't be disappointed you did!! read more

Lisa Wilfley - This is grown out ombré Lisa did 4 months ago, still lookin phreshhh - Hair Stylists Near Me - Roseville, California

My daughter was getting ready to start her senior year of high school and was in dire need of a hair makeover. Lisa made time to see her very quickly for a consult and cut. After discussion, we decided on blonde and extensions. Lisa's suggestions were spot on and my daughter's hair was GORGEOUS! We have recommended several people to Lisa when they see her work on both of our daughters and ask "who did your hair? It's amazing!" Lisa has a great eye for what looks good on every client and her coloring technique is fantastic. Whether you're looking for a blow out, extensions, color, cut or all the above, Lisa is never overbooked, affordable and most importantly, talented! read more

I met Lisa when I purchased a Groupon for full highlights and haircut. I was very disappointed with the outcome. First of all, I agree with those who say she appears to be uninterested in the customer and just wants to get paid and go home. She literally gave me partial highlights instead of full like I paid for because she later told me that most people don't care for full highlights because you cannot see the highlights in the back unless you put your hair up. Never mind that is exactly what I paid for, AND that I specifically mentioned I put my hair up a lot for work. She did offer to do the back but I was unhappy with my partial highlights that she already did and did not want to screw up my hair further. She does not seem to know how to achieve a certain color/highlight. My highlights were almost brassy and stringy/chunky. She told me that since I use purple shampoo, the newly highlighted hair will match up with my older highlighted hair with a few washes. She claimed she wanted to save me money on a toner. When I went to another salon because I was not going to have her touch my hair again, they told me that my highlights were definitely not going to get toned on purple shampoo alone. They agreed with me that the highlights were poorly done and toned my hair for way less than she charged. She told me she has 8 years of experience, but she definitely needs more training before she can call herself experienced. Even my haircut was subpar. Save yourself the headache and find someone who knows that they're doing! read more

I got my hair cut by her about a year ago and I was so disappointed by how uninterested she was. She didn't even care to really listen on how I wanted my hair cut. She was just quiet, with no emotion. Not friendly at all. It really seemed like she just wanted to get paid and go home. I hated my haircut, and I'm not too picky with haircuts, so that's saying a lot. I would not recommend her at all. :/ read more

Where to begin... as a woman hair is a touchy subject, especially when you are floundering about without a stylist. I have been searching for a new stylist for a while now since my hairstylist retired. I came across reviews for Lisa at Wildrose Salon and could not believe the amount of five star reviews. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa and getting a new fresh haircut and found those five star reviews to be 100% accurate. I have Lisa to personable and professional, she understood what I wanted and asked plenty of questions to ensure it. If you are looking for a great new stylist schedule with Lisa, you will not be disappointed. read more

Lisa is an awesome hairstylist that cares about her people and makes men and women look their best! 5 stars lisa!

I have hightailed my hair and she did a horrible job. I just had my appt on Monday and really need to go somewhere else to fix my hair now. I did told her that I did not like it that she left some zebra stripe highlights / thick and they are coper/orange color. I did show her what i wanted.. I even showed her what I don't like and a few pics of what I was looking for so she had an idea of my vision! She totally ignores it. She could have told me that she could not do it so we could try something else but she didn't . Once she style my hair .. thinks changes a bit and the front looks better.: it is some parts on the back of my hair that are chucks of orange. I truly believe she does not know what she is doing and doesn't enjoy it. If I could i would not give even 1 star! DO NOT DO NOT GO THERE read more

Lisa Wilfley has been doing my hair for over a year now and I am so happy to have a hairdresser who LISTENS to me. I have very long, thick hair that is not the easiest to cut, color, or style. I often have an idea of what I want, but I do not know specifically how I want the finished product to look. Lisa has been able to artistically take my ideas and turn my hair into a masterpiece every time I see her. She is amazingly gifted with color, and she has been able to do some very unique styles with long layers that enable me to wear my hair straight or curly, up or down, all with a minimal amount of maintenance on my part. Lisa is incredibly professional and personable and her prices are very reasonable. In addition, Abielle Salon is a great location with a very inviting atmosphere. I always feel very pampered during my hair sessions and leave feeling beautiful. What more could a girl ask for? read more

I started seeing Lisa for my brow/lip waxes a few months ago. She uses the cool wax which I had never heard of before her. She does a great job, and I'd never go back to the scalding normal wax again. My son is a huge fan of Lisa as well! Recommend her for any waxing that you need done! read more

Lisa is wonderful! Always does what I wanted and a joy to have as my personal stylist!! Never any issues I come away a new woman each time.

One star because I drove 40 minutes to a hair appointment I scheduled using this yelp app only to get a phone call after I arrive saying she didn't recall scheduling it and didn't know why it was an option. If you're running a business on yelp you should probably understand how yelp works. No apologies for wasting my time or offer to reschedule. Terrible service and not very personable on the phone. read more

My daughter absolutely refuses to get her hair cut so I knew it was going to be a challenge for anyone to accomplish this task. We set an appointment with Lisa and I tried to prep my daughter as best I could for chopping off her long unkept hair. Lisa was incredibly patient and accommodating for my 7 year old and her fears. We didn't know what to do with her mop but it needed something. Lisa suggested an aline (a difficult cut) which we agreed on. It turned out absolutely beautiful and she even got her to take before and after photos. Now she can't wait to go back. We couldn't be happier. Lisa is top notch in our book. read more

Lisa Wilfley colors my hair. She is awesome! First person I've ever said, "Do what you want" with my highlights / streaks and I've never gotten so many compliments as a result. She really takes the time to hear what you want, goes over the options with you and goes with it. Her prices are reasonable too. The salon is in a convenient location (corner of Sierra College Blvd/Douglas in Roseville) and it is never that crowded so you don't feel like you have an "audience." Highly recommend !!! read more

I bought a Groupon for a hair cut to try Lisa Wilfley. She did an okay job on the hair cut, but she put me under the dryer and I have naturally curly hair, so it flattened the top, and she didn't style it for me. Weird. I won't be back. read more

Worst haircut/color of my life. I showed her pictures of what I wanted for the color/style and she agreed that it was doable for my hair type. I showed her a picture of what I didn't want. I had had a Keratin straightening done (at another salon) - all of that was cut off in one swell swoop of Lisa's scissors. She told me I might have a small color line which you wouldn't really be able to see? Huh? I don't know what she used for color (which by the way is brown when I wanted blonde), but there's a line where the gray has grown in - a good .5 inch and believe me, it's noticeable. To be fair, after I saw what she had done I cancelled an appointment to get highlights - I can't even imagine what those might have been. So now I have an extremely curly, ugly brown, bad haircut which nothing can be done with until it grows out. Frustrating! Oh well, that's what wigs are for I guess. read more
