I was seen by Dr Askew for GAE…read more Day 7 check up with my Doctor Dr Askew is so pleased My procedure and outcome is textbook perfect I still have a tiny bit of swelling but pain free I have scheduled my right knee as soon as i get back in May For myself I have wasted 5 yrs hobbling around searching for an answer I did physical therapy, steroids and gel injection. I spent $8,000 on stem cells & I only had minimal relief I found the answer I was looking for in a Facebook advertisement & it wasn't a pill or a rub which those never worked. Not one of the Orthopedict specialists I saw from California to Florida ever mentioned a procedure called GAE It was always your Getting older you have used your knees for a long time Here try using a brace and another injection Nothing worked for me MY advise is if your in pain check into GAE procedures Mine was covered by my insurance under Pain Management. GAE isn't just for knee pain or injury you can have any location checked to see if GAE will work or if it is even an option for you Don't be silly don't be scared don't put it off any longer In 1 week I can walk without pain So Go Get It!!! Dr Askew is MARVELOUS The office is in Lodi so I drove from Sacramento So worth the drive

Doctor Hoff was my Primary care physician since age 14. He was my dad's physician before that. He…read morewas my grandfathers for 10 years or so after grandparent moved to Lodi. Dr. Hoff has one positive attribute which is also a negative. He has great bedside manners at least according to my Dad and grandfather. Patients trust he has their best interests based on this bedside manner . My experience: I can't go into detail as I don't want my medical history posted online, but experience was poor. Two conditions I had. One, I suffered for 10 years until finding what it was. To his credit, I left out a lot of very important details. But he should have asked questions. I was only 14 and symptoms happened 6 weeks after a significant injury. The other incident required surgery after CAT scan results. I had to demand to see a specialist. When Specialist confirmed my self diagnosis through CAT scan, I dropped Dr. Hoff as my personal physician. My Dad: He had A blood disorder that after a year and a half turned into acute leukemia and died 6 months after diagnosis. Not sure how he was diagnosed with the blood disorder but I think it was through blood tests. Dad had lesions or sores on his face that DR. Hoff tried to incompetently and painfully remove. After numerous visits and feeling worse, a nurse in Dr.Hoffs office according to my mother pleaded with her to take him to a specialist and gave her a recommendation. My dad went to a specialist in San Francisco a few months before he got Leukemia, but by that time it was too late to stop progression of blood disorder to Leukemia. This boils my blood as dad was very trusting and I'm sure he thought DR.Hoff was doing what was best for him. Nope! Grandad's experiment: A year or 2 after my dad passed, grandad developed lung cancer. He never smoked. He had a huge tumor about the size of a golf ball. He had visited Dr.Hoff numerous times after throwing up and feeling sick. Dr. Hoff did not take him serous. After my dad's experience, I pleaded with my grandfather to see a specialist. I think it was my grandmother that made him demand more tests. He finally demanded tests and it was shown that he had a huge tumor. If it was caught earlier, he might have lived another 10 years like my grandmother who was the same age. The reason many doctors try to keep everything in house is due to the business relationship between Doctors and Health Insurance. Doctors are rewarded with perks or bonuses essentially for cutting costs, which usually means not sending to expensive specialists or getting expensive tests. Grandpa really liked Dr. Hoff and loved that he listened to his stories about his prior accomplishments which were many. That created a lot of Trust for Dr.Hoff. A trust that was misplaced. Dr Hoff diagnosed him right away and worked very hard to get him the life saving help that he needed. If it was not for Dr Hoff, I totally believe that my husband would not be with us today!. By far the best Dr that I have ever experienced!! We have been out of the area for the last year with work and had to go to another Dr in a group. He has done nothing to help my husband sustain all the good work that Dr Hoff has done. Its hard to find a Dr that actually cares about their patients these days instead of how many patients they can see in a day. I thank God for Dr Hoff and can't wait to get back to him to continue to help my husband If you want a Dr that cares 24/7 about each of his patients, this is the best around!

There was always a long wait time before seeing him, but I do appreciate how he didn't wanna rush treatment. I felt like if we had time, he could've helped me more But the process with him was a little frustrating. I think that he did care about people, but maybe he did overbook which can explain the long wait times did he care enough? I don't know. I believe that every experience is unique, but if he still had a practice, I most likely would have seen him again for treatment For lower back pain.

I feel like I was very fortunate to have him as a surgeon before everything fell apart because of his greed. I could not even move my shoulder, and I would wake up throughout every single night feeling like someone had stabbed me in my shoulder. It was so tore up from years of serving and carrying heavy plates and trays. I never thought I'd be able to use my arm and shoulder again without severe and chronic pain. It is very upsetting that he was greedy and lied, and basically threw away his life and his extremely gifted skill set for surgery. I had the surgery in 2016. And I felt like the bionic woman with a brand new shoulder afterwards. It is now 2025, and I still have no pain in my shoulder. I have been very active. Over the years and still no problems He may have been condemned in California. I don't know if he will ever be able to practice again In any other state, but with his skill set, if I ever need another surgery that is in his expertise, I would drive out a state to obtain another surgery from.
