I found Mom's Rides service here on Yelp and compared her to a taxi service in the area. From the start of my communication with her via text I could tell she handles booking things personally and with attention to individual needs. After some back and forth about where, when, how many, etc., I knew I'd use her service. She specializes individual attention to the need, from helping stranded people at concerts, side of the road break downs and leaving drunk parties. She does weddings and airport pickups, too. She was doing a wedding transfer of people the day before our booking. We are not from the area and she was knowledgeable about the venue, the traffic of the area, etc. Giving advice on the no cash police of Acrisure etc. Although I booked her a month in advance our air b and b cancelled on us last minute and I had to scramble to get another place; which didn't affect her keeping pace with the changes. Communication was great as she kept me abreast of eta's, coming and going. Jill is a multi talented person, as we found out on our ride, having written songs, a book, etc. She played a song she had just written (with AI assist) about the wedding a day before and it was pretty good! It rained when we were leaving the venue and she texted me a heads up before we left so we wouldn't be standing in the rain. When we got back to our rental she saw we were having trouble with the key code lock box and came back from her van to see if she could assist. As it was we finally got in but having her ready to help in any way was cool. This is not an uber or lift service. She goes way beyond pick up and drop off and is very intuitive to what needs to happen. As an aside, one of the members of my party was a bit abrasive with a suggestion of hers on pick up and she was extremely professional with him. (Thanks and sorry about that Jill). If you are looking for a dependable, reasonably priced ride this is it. And if you stranded in the Coachella Valley, have her number ready.

Arrrived at the Center and she escorted me to the entrance and told me to call her when the visit was over and she would pick me up.About an hour later I called her.I now had a boot on my foot and and was trying to utilize crutches. She helped me into the van and drove me home. She is a real gem-compassionate ,caring and supportive.I will use her again for follow-up physician appts.
