If you think the great reviews for Lisa are over-stated, think again. Five stars do not do her justice. In looking for a photographer for our February 2018 wedding at Foothills Golf Club, I first fell in love with Lisa's work on her website. She somehow managed to capture both beauty and authentic emotions in her pictures, and I wanted that for my wedding photos. As an older bride (51), it was important to me to have a certain elegance and sophistication for the pictures as well, without a typical "staged" look. Lisa exceeded expectations every step along the way -- from prompt responses, to affordable costs, to careful planning, to creative shots, to capturing special moments, to an extraordinary set of final photos. She interacted seamlessly during the ceremony and reception, asked questions and calmed our nerves, made the process fun and enjoyable while also keeping us on schedule, and even graciously traveled around the course in a golf cart to help us capture just the perfect sunset shots. Her gallery was posted weeks before the deadline in our contract, and the thumb drive arrived promptly afterward. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Lisa without a moment's hesitation. read more

To say we were blessed to have Lisa do our wedding and engagement photography is an understatement. Lisa did an absolutely AMAZING job with both our engagement and wedding pictures. She is creative, artistic, professional and the quality of the pictures are phenomenal. We were debating on hiring a videographer for our wedding because we were afraid the pictures wouldn't be enough to remember all the little details of our special day. However, after receiving the photographs back from Lisa, she captured even the smallest of details and it really pieced the entire day together, which is proof that a talented photographer does not require one to hire a videographer for your special day. We cannot wait to use Lisa for other events in the future. She is such a wonderful person and truly so talented. I couldn't imagine our special day without her there as she provided us with the best photographs that we can cherish for the rest of our lives. I completely recommend Lisa Eley Photography to anyone in need of a photographer. She is phenomenal! read more

My husband and I received a recommendation from Lisa from our friends who recently got married and had gotten their pictures taken by her. They had nothing but good things to say about her so we figured we would hire her too. It was seriously one of the best decisions we made during the whole wedding process. She was definitely a joy to work with and a complete professional. She took the most amazing photos, she definitely has a gift, all the pictures she had us take came out so well. She was easy to contact and we received our photos back extremely quick which we loved. She not only has her ideas but listens to what you have to say and will do what you want as well. She was very good with the wedding party and the kids especially. She really captured the best moments from beginning to end, all done with such professionalism. We would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat thank you Lisa. read more

I am SO glad my hubby and I chose Lisa to be our photographer. She was the whole package! She was very professional, punctual, but also flexible in working with our requests! And despite us having a large wedding party, she was great in directing everyone. She was on top of giving us times to be ready, where to meet, and during the photos she was great in giving feedback to make the pictures look just right; she had an eye fine details, like having a bridesmaid lean a certain way or how to hold the bouquet. She also directed me on stand or lean back etc., and although my body felt awkward the pictures turned out phenomenal!! I would have looked so goofy in all our pictures without her! Thank you, Lisa! We love you! :D read more

I found Lisa online while googling wedding photographers and I am so glad I did! From the first meeting I could tell she knew what she was doing and her photography style was exactly what I was looking for. She customized her package to fit exactly what we were looking for and travelled to Prescott to meet us on location in the mountains. Her rates are so much more reasonable than other photographers I interviewed with and she captured every special moment of the big day down to the smallest details. The photos were ready exactly when she said they would be and it was a pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a photographer for their wedding, event, or even family photos. read more

I am so thankful we did our daughters 1st year photos with Lisa! All the pictures were gorgeous! She is very talented and always captures the perfect moments. During the sessions Lisa was super friendly, engaging, and did not rush us at all. Every picture is so natural and our daughter's personality shines through which can be hard to do with a baby. Lisa is prompt on returning phone calls and emails and flexible with scheduling. Also the turn around time was fantastic! Everyone who sees our baby's photos tell me how beautiful the pictures are. Lisa is so patient and gentle and her photos are timeless and beautiful. We look forward to working with her year after year. We highly recommend her!! read more

Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with; she has such a sweet nature and conducts herself with professionalism. One of the things I appreciated most about Lisa is her creativity with her photography. On the day of the wedding I was being pulled in a million different directions, she just calmly and efficiently knew exactly what moments to capture without direction. Another wonderful thing was during our ceremony she captured the most beautiful moments without disrupting the moment for our guests and us. Our photos were gorgeous and she is prompt on getting them back to you not long after your event. She is extremely talented at what she does and I would highly recommend her! read more

Lisa is the best photographer we could have ever had for our marriage celebration! From the first moment to the last, she made us feel at ease. Lisa is professional, creative, and boasts a positive energy that's contagious! Above all that, she certainly comes prepared: she remembers peoples names, what side of the family people are on, who's friends they are, etc. And she certainly has a knack for capturing intimate moments. We felt so comfortable with Lisa and loved having her share our day with us - it was like she was part of the family! We love the photos Lisa took and we can't wait to work with her again! Lisa is one photographer you must book! read more

Being from Chicago it was hard to find a photographer from Arizona who was willing to help my fiance and I with engagement photos in mid August. Other photographers had seemed hesitant with the heat during this month and tried to steer us away, which would not have been possible as we were only visiting phoenix for a week. Lisa however was very friendly and willing to give us what we wanted and was super fun during the photo shoot. Our pictures turned out exactly how we envisioned them being and Lisa got them to us very quickly. Lisa was professional and fun to work with during our shoot. We would highly recommend her for any photography needs. read more

Amazing photographer! After only living in AZ for a year I wasn't sure who to use to photograph our wedding last month. I found Lisa through a bridal show and was immediately impressed with her professionalism and attitude towards photography. She was very pleasant to meet with (on multiple occasions) and very good at communicating all the important details via email and text when needed. I saw our photos for the first time yesterday and was blown away! I could not be more happy with the end result and am looking forward to using Lisa again for any photography needs I have in the future. Thank you again Lisa!!!!! read more

Lisa gave me exactly what I wanted in a Wedding Photographer. We just got our wedding photos back and I couldn't be happier with them. They are even better than expected. One thing I loved about Lisa was that she didn't bother me during my wedding reception, she is very professional and good at what she does, She knew exactly where to be with that camera and didn't ask me any questions or take me away from the party. She was everywhere and unseen at the same time! Like a ninja! I got great photos! I love them! Thank you Lisa Eley!! read more

We booked Lisa's associate photographer, Paul, for our wedding in February 2018 at Anthem Country Club and I am SO happy we did. Paul was FANTASTIC and our photos are breathtaking (Lisa did the editing)! Paul was such a pleasure, making sure he captured all of the important moments and even pulling us away for sunset and some night photos, but also getting all of the silly, priceless moments from the night. Lisa and Paul were both very responsive and we got our photos 4 weeks after the wedding. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Lisa is the best! We met her in the hospital when our son was born and she did his first photo session on his first day on Earth. We are so thankful to have met her, not only because she does an amazing job and we wouldn't otherwise have such great pictures of our little guy at 1 day old, but also because she is now our go-to photographer and love to work with her on any occasion. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Her services are top quality, and she is professional, creative and kind. read more

Lisa did an amazing job photographing our wedding. The pictures turned out so beautiful. She was so adaptive to our personalities and made us comfortable in every pose. After the wedding day our friends and family made comments about not seeing our photographer. Lisa was "stealthy" when we looked at our online album she had captured pictures of everything! We would recommend Lisa to anyone looking to capture their perfect day. Thank you Lisa! read more

We met Lisa shortly after we had our first child and used her to capture those special moments that occur during the first year. We were so pleased with her work that not only did we use her for our second child, but continue to use her over four years later. What I love most about Lisa is her ability to capture my family's unique personalities in the pictures she takes. The fact that she is great with small kids doesn't hurt either! read more
