I do not recommend her. Had a breast reduction and I'm still unhappy with results and her bed side manner.

In March 2025, I went to Panacea for a chemical peel with their esthetician, Heather, because I…read morewanted to look my best for my upcoming engagement. During my visit, I casually mentioned that my under eye area was starting to look hollow, but that I was nervous about filler in such a sensitive area. Heather recommended Ultherapy, explaining it would help my body naturally produce collagen and in turn plump up the skin. I trusted she knew what she was doing and agreed to go for it. It was the worst decision I have made in my 34 years. The procedure was extremely painful and right before finishing, Heather said she was going to use a higher setting and treat under my eyes one more time. In that moment, she essentially carved into my face and destroyed the fat under my eyes. After I finished peeling, my under eyes looked awful. I developed severe discoloration, and I began waking up with under eye bags, something I had never had before ever in my all my life. I reached out to Heather, and she acknowledged the darkness, telling me to wait another week and that I would likely peel again. That never happened, and my under eyes did not improve. Realizing Heather did not know what she was talking about, I saw a dermatologist for a second opinion. He was shocked Ultherapy was used on me given my age, lack of wrinkles, and low facial fat. He told me Ultherapy should not be performed on patients with low facial fat, especially around the eyes. I brought this information back to Heather, and she arranged for me to meet with one of the female surgeons, I think name is Kimberly. Both Heather and the Kimberly repeatedly insisted Ultherapy was safe and could not have caused the damage I was experiencing. Because of the discoloration, Kimberly kindly offered me free of charge MOXI laser treatments and told me I could return as many times as needed until the problem was corrected, and that Maria would perform the treatments. I completed three MOXI treatments with Maria. The first two visits were fine, but by the third, she became dismissive and had the audacity to question whether I expected the treatment to be free. I said yes, because that was what I had been told and I still clearly had discoloration under my eyes. She went on to say I was taking up time on her schedule, benefiting from use of the machine, and because of that I should pay something and would check with Kimberly on how much it should be. Kimberly honored her word (suck it, Maria) and confirmed the treatment would remain complimentary, which I appreciated. At that point I was turned off completely and I asked whether it would be safe to use a higher setting so I wouldn't have to keep returning. Maria said yes. That was another mistake I made. After the third treatment, my under eyes looked even more sunken, the darkness spread further, and I developed fine lines and wrinkles in the areas she lasered. I was absolutely horrified and became severely depressed. After seeing three different dermatologists, I finally found one who correctly diagnosed the issue: the discoloration was not hyperpigmentation, but hemosiderin staining. I was told that using high setting, heat based lasers in such thin skin caused fat atrophy which exposed more of my vascular system, and on top of that traumatized the blood vessels, leading to the staining/discoloration. I have spent close to $4,000 on filler appointments and specialist visits to diagnose and treat the damage caused by Heather and Maria. What started as a $300 cosmetic appointment has resulted in not only loss of significant money but also loss of self-esteem, and permanent damage that I will have to live with for the rest of my life. TL;DR: The medspa staff at Panacea are ill-informed and uneducated on the lasers/machines that they use and have caused irreversible damage that has deeply scarred me mentally and physically. Please stay clear of getting procedures done at this practice's medspa.

When I got there, she listened to my concerns and answered every question I had. She is kind and her energy is amazing. I was able to have treatment later that day, and she made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I was so happy and excited after the procedure that I purchased a package and booked my next appointment. I can't wait to watch the process and continue treatments with her.

My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! I definitely will be coming back, battling in the race to book with her on the appointment schedule is 100% worth it for me!

I said yes because it seemed to wear off faster than usual. The price was almost double what I had previously paid, so I assumed the treatment would be longer-lasting. Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement in my forehead. I texted to request a touch-up, and she scheduled me at her StudioPlex location, which I hadn't been to before. When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.

When I moved downtown, I tried 3 terrible urgent cares before deciding to search for another Piedmont location. My loyalty to this location began when I somehow got salmonella. I was so weak and the doctors did all that they could before sending me to the ER. I have been coming here for a few years now, and I will go out of my way to get here. First of all, it's always clean. The staff is so helpful and kind. Whether it's a billing question or a question for the doctor, it always gets answered quickly and kindly. My primary care doctor is far away, so I come to Piedmont Urgent Care for anything minor. During the pandemic, they have a new system of waiting outside instead of in the waiting room. It kind of stinks, but so does everything else. They're making the best of the circumstances. The staff members will come outside and greet you, get your info and provide any paperwork you need, all while you wait outside. They'll let you sit in your car if there are no seats left outside, too.

You'd reach out to make sure everything went smoothly post appointment and 2. That it is possible to call this urgent care and someone would answer.... They do not respond to any calls, at any hour, or voicemails. They don't even respond on their mychart platform which is again, absurd. I have selected every one of their choices, attempted to speak to front desk, billing, you name it. NO RESPONSE. I have called several times a day between May 28th and June 24th (when I'm writing this review) they do not respond to anything. All I need is an itemized bill of what they did while I was in urgent care to submit to my medical insurance. ICD codes, CPT codes, etc are required for insurance to bill. Mind you before I left both Dr. Christina Collector and her receptionist assured me I could call, contact them my email or my chart for an itemized bill. Yet, No response. Nothing. The bill they gave me is attached. It's a joke. But Piedmont did send me another bill by mail!!!!!!!!!!!!! Received June 20th... I am from out of state. I was visiting Atlanta for a graduation May 25th when I got injured with a laceration. The cut was deep enough for stitches but we didn't make it to urgent care in time. So essentially, Dr. Christina Collector washed the wound, put iodine, Neosporin and a bandage on. All of this could cost someone maybe $50 from cvs. The bill was flat rate $210 and the receipt they gave me was a joke. The saddest thing is, I wanted so badly to like this place and this dr. Now I get to spend my time writing this review and if their medical bills continue to be sent to me? Look forward to alerting the local media and seeing them in court.

However, most of that appointment was spent trying to sell me totally overpriced lotions that I could buy at Sephora for at least half the cost. Just a scammer. Pathetic that doctors can get away with this stuff. Of course, he greets you with the biggest smile. It's a fake smile, but a good fake. That's about the best you can say for this doctor. Kind of like a seedy car repairman's smile as he is adding thousands onto your bill. Lesson learned, but too expensive.

The group sessions are really nice and can give some great insight. For us, they have been really cool and comforting with this being our first go at bringing another human into the world. I'll definitely update my review in the coming months. Really happy to be in the kind care of these folks!

PRIORITIZE MONEY OVER PATIENTS BEWARE…read more.. I was referred to this practice by my primary dentist, but after my experience, I have formally filed a complaint with the Georgia Board of Dentistry and notified my provider that I will no longer accept referrals to this office. I attempted to reschedule a May 21 appointment due to a tornado and power outage in my area. I was told by staff that the $200 cancellation fee would be waived under the circumstances. I have documentation confirming a power outage at my home and an email showing our call was disconnected. Yet nearly a month later, on June 12, I was billed for the full $200--without explanation, follow-up, or regard for the prior communication. When I called to reschedule, Yolanda L., the office manager, was rude, insensitive, and completely unprofessional. She told me I needed to pay my full deductible upfront just to rebook, despite the emergency situation and the previous understanding. She was aggressive on the phone, dismissive of my concerns, and offered no support or compassion for the circumstances. This is not acceptable behavior for someone in patient-facing care. What's worse is that this practice failed to meet basic pre-operative standards. I was never given lab orders, formal clearance instructions, or education about anesthesia risk--even though I disclosed recreational smoker use. No reminders, documentation, or clinical follow-up were provided in the three weeks between my consultation and scheduled surgery. This is clinically irresponsible and could have put my health at risk. After reviewing other patient experiences, it's clear I'm not alone. Many others have described this office as hostile, unsympathetic, and dismissive. The common theme is money-first, patient-second--and it shows in how they communicate, bill, and treat people during vulnerable moments. This review serves as a warning to others and documentation of my experience. I have formally reported this office to the Georgia Board of Dentistry for further investigation. I've also notified my referring dentist to remove this clinic from their list. I will never return, and I urge others to do their research before trusting this team with your care.

The pricing felt arbitrary and excessively high ($5680), the doctor quoted a total on the spot, and the subsequent "breakdown" appeared to be retroactively constructed to support that figure, rather than clearly explain how the amount was determined. I was verbally informed of a 48-hour cancellation policy for treatment; however, despite canceling within 24 hours, it was extremely difficult to get any acknowledgment. The office was unresponsive--I sent approximately five emails confirming my cancellation and requesting updates and received no reply. I ultimately had to escalate the issue directly through the Cherry financing company. I was still charged for multiple items, including a soft guard that was processed and shipped after my cancellation. USPS tracking showed it being shipped 4 office days after my cancellation and attempted signed delivery 6 days after. To make matters worse, after dispute, they added a $95 cancellation fee for an appointment that was booked the same day for the following day--while claiming I was required to give 72 hours' notice. That policy is simply not realistic or reasonable in this situation. Additionally, the hygiene standards in the office were concerning. That is a list on its own. Overall, this experience raised serious red flags. I've reported the matter to the Georgia Consumer Protection Division and the Board of Dentistry. I would strongly recommend others proceed with caution.

They have nothing to do with patient care but with billing…read more(true!) and Dr. Padolsky who puts his foot in his mouth every chance he gets (he just likes to make random jokes about vegetarians). Anything that your insurance company won't cover, will have to be covered by the patient. I like to get everything in writing before I sit in a chair here. Tell me the precise cost upfront. Once you get that out of the way, they can't tag on random surprise fees. Expensive but worth it because Dr. Padolsky only recruits the cream of the crop to work at his practice. I had a very good experience here with Dr. Charles Chung, a graduate of the Tufts Dental School in Boston. I keep coming back here in spite of how expensive they are, because I honestly don't want to change anything at all, even though Dr. Chung has moved away to start his own practice in the middle of nowhere in Georgia. Dr. Padolsky, also from Tufts, is competent as well, and he has decades of experience. He's not very popular because of all his corny jokes according to the reviews online (nothing horribly inappropriate but just silly comments that are actually true; for instance, rambling about insects that are dead in flour i.e. where vegetarians get their vitamin B12 from). His kids works in Billing and at the Front Desk here, so I can assure you that Dr. Padolsky doesn't do anything inappropriate; he leaves the door open and his son is right there outside the door. He just likes to make inappropriate jokes about vegetarians. I know that they tend to be in no hurry whatsoever to refund the money that you've paid upfront, and that they collect from the insurance company later. You have to show up to the office and wait by the front desk until they cut you a check; they won't call you and offer to send the money to you, so you need to follow up and ask for it. For instance, my dental insurance company told me that they sent a check for so-and-so amount, and I had paid much more than that to the dentist up front on a Saturday. I waited to get the money for over a month. Finally I called them, and the son promptly sent a check to me. I like the free Sensodyne and toothbrush kit that I get from my current dentist in California; unfortunately, I never got that here.
