Need to update. The Gewürztraminer is still one of my wife's and my favourites. In fact we had it…read moreat our wedding in 2021. Let me premise this review by saying that we planned our wedding in five weeks. Side note, my wife did everything including baking and decorating our three tiered wedding cake so what happened next help relieve some of the stress. I called Doug, the owner, to see about getting a case of the Gewürztraminer sent down to the Lower Mainland as I did not have time to run up to Kamloops to pick it up. I was advised that they did not have any courier or deliver service in place that they were satisfied with. He said they had some problems with previous couriers. When I explained my dilemma for the urgency, he advised me that he was actually coming to the Lower Mainland for some supplies and would be able to bring the case with him. When I asked him where he wanted me to meet in as I would drive to him since he was doing me the favour. He even delivered it to my office in Burnaby at no charge. That to me said a lot about the person that he is and the business that he operates. Everyone at the wedding enjoyed the wine, especially if they prefer sweet. I also went to Sagewood in 2022 when I was up in Kamloops. In fact I visit every time I go.
