I had to reach across the cart in order to pull the box over so I could get a grip on it and put it in the cart. I am just 5 ft tall and over 80 years old so this was not an easy task for me to do. Not at all what i would call customer assistance. This is just one of the many things that have gone less then helpful at this store.
