I pointed it out before he could continue and make it hard to transport. He fixed that but then after loading the grocerys just left it on the belt and turned to help the next customer. I had to reach across the cart in order to pull the box over so I could get a grip on it and put it in the cart. I am just 5 ft tall and over 80 years old so this was not an easy task for me to do. Not at all what i would call customer assistance. This is just one of the many things that have gone less then helpful at this store. I have thought about going up the hill to shop and now that Freshco has gone it next door. My shopping may change

I noticed that they will do weekly runs to Vancouver to stock up their shelves, especially for vegetables and bakery goods. Best time to purchase those are on the Sunday, fyi.
