I'm usually not one to recommend a large place over a small, locally-owned busines, but do yourself a favor and get your beer and liquor at King Soopers or something, unless you can find a small business close by that is not owned by this arsehole. I took the broken cardboard case to the woman at checkout to let her know and she took the case and started to ring it up saying "OK you will have to pay for that." And I said "but the bottom gave out - I don't think that's my fault" but she proceeded to ring me up saying "You will have to pay for it." I am too much of a rule follower I guess and went ahead and paid the $19.99 but kept letting her know I didn't think this was reasonable. She told me "this isn't my store." So for the ensuing 3 weeks I have been trying to call and stop by to speak with an owner or manager - she is the only employee I've ever found in the store, no one has ever picked up the phone in 15 calls and their email box is full. We host a lot of parties and I would have been a consistent and faithful customer, but alas, I will never be back.

They do have a large selection, so if you're not sensitive to a lot of incense being burnt, then this is definitely a good place for you to go however, if you do not like heavy smells and smoke, I would say to go anywhere else.
