So be sure to check out that menu before standing in line to order your food. One thing that almost made me leave was the lack of air conditioning - yes, they have no air conditioning or ventilation. There's a huge industrial fan right by the front entrance but you really can't feel it once you are actually inside. The manager then told me they could not sell me the product because I had spoken to the two customers ahead of me. Excuse me? I am a grown-ass man who came into the store by myself, paid for my own items, and have never had an issue shopping here before. Apparently, having a conversation with another customer now means you somehow become responsible for their purchase. I left feeling like I was being unfairly profiled and discriminated against based solely on the fact that I interacted with the people ahead of me. If there was a legitimate store policy preventing the sale, I would have appreciated someone explaining it clearly instead of making assumptions. Apparently, my money isn't good here because I said hello to the wrong people. If you shop here, apparently the safest strategy is to keep your head down, don't speak to anyone, and definitely don't interact with anyone purchasing alcohol. You never know when the cashier or manager will decide you're suddenly part of their transaction. I have shopped here without problems before, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
