My Pennsylvania license recently expired, so PennDOT issued me a temporary paper license that is fully government issued and valid for 60 days from the date printed on it. It includes my name, address, date of birth, and driver's license number, and it's accepted anywhere that requires valid ID including banks, traffic stops, and state offices. I completely understand that everyone needs to be carded even though I'm 38 and I respect that rules are rules. But the fat miserable lady at the counter was completely disrespectful and ignorant about the situation. She kept insisting I was wrong about my license and even claimed I didn't get it in the mail. She could have just said she didn't know what I was talking about because she's just a cashier, but instead she chose to argue with me. I stayed calm and respectful the whole time while my 13 year old daughter stood there watching. I've seen posts and heard stories about how nasty she can be but this was my first time actually experiencing it. My temporary license is legitimate and government issued, so there was no reason to treat me like I was lying. Instead of just saying I'm not sure but I can't accept this, she chose to belittle me in front of other customers. Totally unnecessary and embarrassing. Do better with your customer service
