The owner / manager asked if he could help me in any way and when I told him that I was looking for something closer to a 6-pack, he directed me to Monaghan's Pub which apparently sells six packs in addition to the awesome food I had during my last visit. Today, their cashier felt a need to make a comment based on my 1 time per week same purchase. The comment was, I do not judge, I just listen. I am an older female who works 4 days a week on overnight shifts and spends 12+ hours a day working 60+ a week on my feet in a very physical job. This person knows nothing about me. And let's be clear it is a liquor store and maybe you have some people with issues. But when I brought it to the owners attention I was told he was crazy and he has ADHD issues and I should not be upset by it. And he basically did not care if he lost me as a customer because he has several others. You never know what people are going through and in customer service you must lead with empathy. ADHD is not a mental health condition and to say the person is crazy is mind blowing. Especially when dealing with a person with PTSD. This store has lost my business, not that the owner cared.

The inside of the store is clean and although I can't comment on the spirits since I rarely ever buy them a couple of customers brought some interesting vodkas and bourbons to the register that I'd never heard of.
