Tri State Liquors has agreed to lease a new standalone store on the Levitz site across the parking lot. This is why they're the only store that wasn't evicted from this strip mall. There won't be enough room to accommodate everybody and about half the stores moved down Naamans Rd to Concord Mall. The mall itself is slated to be replaced with a new warehouse. Overall this is a good place to get adult beverages. read more

I hesitate to write a review because the cat will be out of the bag. On your way from PA to get your wine at Total take a left instead of a right first and check out Tri State. Located in a forgotten and oftentimes scary looking mall, its around back in the strip mall section. You can park very close in the event you find what you like and are stocking up. Many of your favorites you liked at TOTAL are here and are cheaper. read more

Tri-state liquors is by far the best liquor store in the area. It's very deceiving from the outside. The place is very big with a lot of selections. There is plenty of help in the aisles and when checking out there is never a wait. They have a huge parking lot and it's very easy to get in and out of there. They also seem to be a little cheaper that a few of the surrounding stores in the area. Keep up the good work TSL!!! read more

Extremely disappointed. They posted a contest on social media and stated I won a gift card for St. Patrick's Day. I reached out three times and they told me they'd look into it. But nothing ever happened. This was in March 2020. It's now July almost August 2020 and no gift card. I'm sad because I love the store and was so excited because I never win things. I'm sorry but that's how you lose a loyal customer. Not sure why they did that but it was huge let-down for me.... read more

Go to Total Wine across the street, don't go here. We were buying hundreds of dollars of liquor for our wedding and asked about the return policy and was told they only give store credit. It would have been nice to know that before we got to the register. Why would anyone overbuy for an event just to have multiple non-returnable bottles left over? No discount for bulk, nobody to help us if we needed it like the other Yelper mentioned. Total Wine has nearly the same prices and gives you cash/credit back for your unopened returns. At Total Wine you can even return opened cases of beer if the bottles are untouched. read more

Horrible customer service. I was looking for Schlitz beer which isn't easily available in my area, the company's beer finder said Tri State was the closest. I called them to confirm, 3x they didn't answer. On the 4 attempt they did. A man answered abruptly , I asked him what brands of Schlitz they carried to which he replied "Schlitz" . I informed him there are several different Schlitz brands and asked him if he could check to see what they have. He lays the phone on the counter bc I can hear the noise in the background . At some point it sounds like I was hung up on, but never disconnected. Seconds later he returned to the line and tells me they have nothing in stock. Before I can say a word in response he hung up the phone and ended our pleasant conversation. What a shitty outfit. read more

One of best liquor stores in Delaware. They have a nice selection of most of the popular wine and spirits at comparable prices to the bigger stores in the area, without the hassle of trying to get in and out of the clustered parking lot just to save a buck or two.... what I mean by that is there is a way bigger wine and spirits down the block who has every wine and possibly every liquor that is made but the traffic in the lot from the other businesses will drive you crazy some bottles are cheaper here a couple bucks some bottles are cheaper there a couple bucks... this place (tri state) had been in this area longer and has loyal customers who know that those few bucks don't add up enough to want to deal with that traffic and most times this store (tri state) has just as many registers open as the competitors, they also have guys that will help you carry your bags to your car, and some awesome associates that will point you in the right direction not to mention every now and then they will over stock and have a sale on some premium stuff that they just have too much of, and trust me you will want to buy all of it and save it for your entertainment purposes. read more
