5/5 Stars -- Easily one of the absolute best dining experiences in Kentucky…read more We stumbled upon this gem on Main Street in Corbin, KY today, and it completely blew us away. Located in a beautifully restored 1913 Greyhound bus station, it brings a masterclass in farm-to-table dining with original brick-and-mortar charm. It's authentic, eclectic, and classy without an ounce of pretension--you'll feel just as comfortable rolling in fresh off a lake day as you would celebrating a special occasion. What we ordered (and you need to try): Wagyu Sirloin ($29): We need to talk about this. Served with asparagus and a twice-baked potato for $29, this is easily the single best value dish within a 100-mile radius. Unbelievable quality. Salmon BLT Tacos: Pure perfection, especially after a day on the water. Burrata Cheese & Peach Salad: Absolute fire. Fresh and perfectly balanced. Birria Tacos: Exceptionally rich flavor and executed flawlessly. Blueberry Tiramisu & Limoncello: A shocker of a dessert pairing to end the night--completely knocked it out of the park. The Bar: Drinks are poured with a heavy hand and crafted strong. The open-kitchen concept lets you see the passion this team puts into their craft. Huge thanks to Draven for the warm welcome at the door, and to Laura in the kitchen who pointed us directly toward the must-try dishes and nailed every recommendation. Don't let the reasonable prices fool you--this isn't just "good for Corbin." This is foodie-certified, top-tier dining anywhere in the country. A new absolute favorite. Thank you to the whole team for doing what you do!

They were out of several salads so I opted for the bang bang shrimp tacos which were good but bland. The Brussels sprouts were fantastic & I highly recommend them. Prices were reasonable with lots of seating!

Maybe even "Charlie finding the golden ticket" level. Best part about it: this store is in Virgina, so you get Virginia beer distributors...you can get beer here that you can't even get in Nashville! They usually have a great selections of seasonals, my only worry is that some of the more esoteric brews (think Belgians and sours) may be sitting on the shelf awhile... Wine selection and domestic beer selection is also unparalleled for the area. They even rent kegs! (advance order only) They have a facebook page and they've responded to all of my requests for updates on the inventory and they post new arrivals fairly frequently. The owner even drives hours away to pick up some of the rarer beers (THANKS!). Staff is marginally knowledgeable about the products, so do you research prior to coming.

The owner and general manager were amazing people that had hearts of gold. I am so happy the new owners kept some of the old charm and also added some awesome new improvements. The new growler station is awesome! I love that they still have an awesome selection of wines and beers. I highly recommend if you are in the area stop here for beer, wine, or get a growler of tap beer to go! So happy I got to visit before we leave again!

And I had come prepared with local (generally speaking, as nothing is very close by to anything else in this area) brewery and winery options to possibly check out. Highland Manor was the closest and simplest to get to, so that is how we decided on this one. Turns out, the winery shares the property with one of the breweries that I had bookmarked! We were the only ones there when we walked in, and had a great time doing a full tasting with the friendly employee. I think you get 3 samples for free, but more than that costs a little and you can try everything as well as get a small glass to keep. The offerings were ok. Good enough that a we got a few bottles to either bring home or to enjoy on our cabin weekend. They also had frozen wine offerings, and we got to include trying the beer and cider they had on tap as well. We also got a growler of one of their ciders to bring to the cabin for the weekend. The visit was lovely, mostly thanks to the friendly wine steward. Definitely recommend a stop in, if you are in the broadly general area.
