Good place to shop and easy to find what you're looking for. The staff is always there to help when needed.

Don't go in there looking for any top shelf bourbon. They're gonna refuse to sell it to you if you're not a "rewards member". Shady store

Collett's is small and well laid out, so getting in and out without getting lost in endless towering aisles, is fast and simple. The prices are very good and infact, lower (on certain items)lower than most major retailers. While walking around, I noticed the Bombay Sapphire was overpriced and shrugged it off, when the owner tapped me on the shoulder and asked me if he could assist me. I mentioned the price seemed high, he clearly laid out that the reason was the new law passed by the Gov. of higher % of tax was now being applied (to liquor items. Makes sense, yet he still lowered the price anyway for me. On another return trip, I was buying cigarettes for a friend, as I do not smoke, so I asked for the brand and type my friend does smoke. They did not carry the soft pack version, yet the owner told me he would order them next time, if I would like. The owner basically excused himself from a prior conversation to assist me again, when he had ample staff.. Those two experiences tell me all I need to know about this operation: They Highly Value their customers and go above and beyond the normal to service them. If only Collett's would get into the butcher, baker and every other place of exchange of goods, the town would be a much better serviced (as in: very well serviced) place.

They hold so many unicorn bourbon bottles hostage that you just want to cry. At the end of the day, if you are looking for moderately overpriced bottles of Fireball or 18 packs of Coors Light, this place is fine. If you actually want something good because you have tastebuds, run away fast and never lookback.

United Liquor was on the way, and happily, the clerks were quick to help me find this bottle among the many they have for sale. They reached out to me to see if I needed help and were immediately able to tell me where I could find this bottle. Overall, I was impressed with their customer service. I also picked up another bottle of wine for the folks who may not be into white merlot. Can't speak to how expensive their bourbon is, which is mentioned in other reviews. But the wine seemed to be decently priced. This shop also packs in lots of bottles. Don't be turned off because it looks smaller from the outside. Chances are you can find what you're looking for here.

We have been to many other liquor stores in the past week so he can try new things out, me carrying for him due to his limitations. They greeted us as we walked in and he became so excited when he saw this new alcohol he wanted to try. Well... he picked his flavors and I simply carried it not even 5 steps to the front counter. Upon cash-out they inquired both of our ID's, but since I didn't have one to show they said we were unable to buy because I simply carried the beverages to the counter... even though my boyfriend is unable to carry them himself and there were no carts or carry-containers for him to even attempt to carry them by himself. The woman behind the counter stated that we should've told her and she should've grabbed it for us and we were out of luck. We had to wait 10 minutes in our car and he had to come back into the store by himself. Keep in mind we had been to 4 other liquor stores with no issues. People can obviously see that I'm simply carrying on his behalf. What a waste of time and very discriminatory if you ask me. You can make exceptions when you don't have accommodations for handicapped individuals.
