That is one example of the communication being not always the best, in other words, but Todd and Lori were very kind and they helped us out so much at the end of the reception with breakdown. Also, their policy of cleaning the barn the day of the event, such that we could not get in to decorate early, made things hard...and the hovering of the staff, and getting angry and people making mistakes about where the bar was, etc, was not great. Overall, a good experience...you just need to super-communicate and be ready to deal with some rather rustic people.
