Ruthie was there; very abrasive, short & made us feel rushed. Never saw a smile. We were the only ones there so not sure why we were rushed. It felt like we were at a cold doctors office. She also didn't really know too much except she kept saying "energy" in every drip we asked about. My daughter went to the restroom & saw open needles through the "peekaboo window" for the "IV room". I'm not in nursing or healthcare but that was very alarming & gross & I'm assuming unsafe. I will say we WILL return on the account of Stacy & Vanessa. The IV hydration nurse Ashley is super competent and attentive and no wonder, with her background in both ER medicine and aesthetics. The hydration choices are extensive and it was hard to choose, but with Ashley's help, I settled on the wellness mix and slept like a baby that night. While getting hydration, Chrissy helped me into a pair of compression shorts and covered me in a cozy white blankie, and the achiness was completely squeezed out of my 60 yo hips! The private room for 2 with red light sauna, saltwater cold plunge and Vitamin C-infused shower was exceptional. The devil is in the details, and all the little add-ons were spot-on: from the mini fridge with glass bottled water to lavender scented chilled wash-clothes, to the saline diffuser for improved breathing, what a treat to experience this contrast therapy in utter privacy and perfection!
