Thanks to the Elite Experience, I had the chance to try a refreshing almond Joy smoothie and was recommended by the welcoming staff along with so many to choose from. I wanted something in the line w coconut and bananas. none of their smoothies contain added sweeteners which is a plus. The one I chose was the almond joy with almond milk base w creamy banana, peanut butter, chocolate chips, almonds I, coconut, honey and so yummy tasting. The ambiance and extensive menu make this spot a must-visit again and try a few more favorites. This unfortunately is one of my worst experiences that I've had in quite a while because of poor customer service and and more. The visits started out pretty good as we were a group of 12 coming into their establishment to start their day and we were their first clients. To walk in we expressed that we understood that only one person was working and that the timing may be a little bit slower due to the fact that she was the only one there. We put our orders in and slowly started seeing other clients of theirs come in the door and place orders. We could tell that some may have been online but let's remember that we walked in as they were opening. We waited an hour and 35 minutes to get paninis and smoothies and started noticing the people that had come in behind us and online orders were getting their food before us. We went to the front counter to ask, "Why are people getting their orders before us?" and we expressed that it was because they placed their orders online and that online orders had their own process. We were unable to accept this as we were their first clients of the day. We waited an hour and a half and people behind us and all non-orders were receiving their food before us. This was not just about the customer service and speed at which we received our order. We ordered a banana and peanut butter panini and two apple and cheese paninis, of which the bread was dry. There were barely any ingredients on the sandwich and it just did not taste good at all. This may be my first time saying I do not recommend a restaurant but this time I must say it. I can say the establishment was clean. It's an open kitchen where you can see the restaurant. They had games for kids to play and the ingredients seem to be fresh. I just spoke with the owner and got a better understanding of what happened. While I won't adjust what was said I will say the due to the fresh ingredients, situational challenges and promptness of reply of the owner, I will adjust my review as to not hurt this local small business. The owner was courteous, understanding and apologetic. She gave a detailed answer as to what happened and how they plan to improve. read more

Two things struck me right away when I walked into Liquid Nirvana. The first was their humongous menu board offering dozens of amazing juices, boosts, bites, bowls, smoothie bowls, granola, seasonals and specials. You might be well served to check out their menu before you visit, because reading everything will take you a while. The other feature that jumped out at me was the large number of games and kid-friendly things everywhere - a pint-sized blackboard easel with chalk and pastels, table sized tic tac toe boards, a full-sized Connect Four game, a kiddie sized basketball hoop, and a Skee ball game. If you didn't know you were in a juice and smoothie bar, you might think you were in a daycare center! The interior is adorable! Plenty of bright popping color, interesting artwork, gorgeous color art on their storefront glass, Bric a Brac décor, and three small tables that can seat a total of nine customers. Everything here is made fresh to order for natural ingredients -yogurt, milks, fruits, and vegetables. No powdered scoops of anything. They have a sign on the wall letting you know that "since we make everything from scratch, your order may take 10-1 minutes to make". Well, let me tell ya that every second of our wait was worth it. We bought a medium sized Almond Joy Nirvana Smoothie ($9) with coconut, honey milk, almond, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and banana. The banana and chocolate flavors really popped. I've been to this location several times and love their juices. Today, I was going to place an online order a juice at this location but my husband offered to stop in and order it for me. Their hours listed til 4 pm today and he got there around 3:15 pm. The open sign was still on but the door was locked. My husband knocked on the door in case the door was locked by mistake. The girl inside looked at him then looked away. I understand closing early, but your hours are listed online and your open sign was lit up. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Congratulations to Liquid Nirvana on their new, beautiful location! I stopped in today for their grand opening and Rosy has created a gorgeous oasis inside. It's so pretty, it's so relaxing, and I have to come back to this location to just sit and read a book while sipping a smoothie. Everyone here was working so hard today, and everything is crafted with precision. My protein bowl was almost too pretty to eat, and each bite was a flavor explosion. I went to the new Liquid Nirvana in Farmington. It's such a cute and inviting space inside. It really gives a sense of Nirvana, they have beautiful woven decor, pineapple chairs, everything is very intentional and totally fits the theme. They have a huge menu of smoothies, juices and açaí bowls. I decided on a juice, since a bowl is too big to have on my own. The options of juices go on forever. I went with Juice #5, this is an invigorating blend of carrot, apple, ginger, pineapple and lemon. It was $9.00 for a medium. The juice was bright orange, and so refreshing, I could taste the tickle in my throat from the ginger. I love how everything is fresh at Liquid Nirvana, they don't use any alternatives, powders or substitutes. All the ingredients are real fruits or roots. This is why the $9.00 price is worthy of the product. Each of the tables had a little game on it, and the outside had corn hole. Today was their grand opening at their Farmington Location! 5 stars for my favorite go to spot for a cold and healthy smoothie and for it's consistency. She is so dismissive when you're ordering and I can tell she isn't paying attention I have now went twice this week and both orders she didn't add an item I paid additional for .. it's so frustrating because I'm on a timed lunch and now have to spend an extra 5-10 mins for the mistakes to be corrected . 10 dollars and 71 cents. Medium smoothie. Strawberries, pineapple, and banana. It was the worst smoothie I have ever had. While it was pink, there was no definable flavor, in fact, it had no flavor. It was colored water and ice chips. I'm still shaking my head as if someone knowingly ripped 10.71 dollars out of my hand! first impression was that the store was well maintained and had a nice and welcoming ambiance to it! it has beautiful decor and a neat tic-tac-toe game placed for convenience. the drinks seemed a bit pricey but the taste of mine made it absolutely worthwhile. i had the berry goodness smoothie the other day and the flavor was immaculate. it was just a bit too sugary than i would've liked but i presume that's just the natural sugars in the berries. the texture was just right and made up for it though. very refreshing. i definitely recommend this shop for anyone who needs a fruitful refresher. read more
